Name Description

Christopher Catlow

Mr. Christopher James Catlow has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Triton Minerals Ltd., with effect from 5 June 2015. Chris is a highly qualified professional with over 25 years of international resources industry experience, having worked on the development and operations of oil and gas, hard rock and sand mining projects. Chris played a central role in the formation of Iluka Resources Limited and was a senior executive and CFO of the ASX-listed iron ore mining company, Fortescue Metals Group Ltd (FMG), having joined shortly after its formation in 2003. During his seven years at FMG, initially as its inaugural Chief Financial Officer and then as its Investment and Business Development Director, the company financed and brought into production its major iron ore mining, processing and port facility in Western Australia's Pilbara region. The development established FMG as Australia's third largest iron ore producer behind Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton. Chris Catlow has a BSc in Engineering Science from the University of Durham in the UK and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is currently Chairman of Admedus Limited, listed on the ASX as well as Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of Sirius Minerals Plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market.

Richard Jarvis

Mr. Richard Alan Jarvis is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr Jarvis is a Chartered Certified Accountant with 20 years finance and accounting experience gained in public practice and in the international resources sector. Mr Jarvis has held senior executive and management roles with various Australian and London-listed resource companies, including Nyota Minerals Limited, Sylvania Resources Limited and Fluormin Plc. He has substantial experience operating in a wide range of jurisdictions including Australia, UK and several parts of Africa.

Patrick Ellis

Mr. Patrick Ellis is Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr Ellis has over 30 years of experience in the international and domestic mineral resources sector, during this time he has held executive roles within the Leighton Group (now CIMIC), Newcrest, Allied Mining, Macmahon andMurray & Roberts. He is a new venture andmajor project development specialist having held accountability at over 40mining and processing operations in Africa, Asia, New Zealand and Australia, oftenmanagingmultisite and remotely located operations simultaneously. His operational portfolio is characterised by successful change management and redirection initiatives. He has experience in coal and metalliferous minerals including gold, PGM’s, basemetals, andmanganese.Mr Ellis is recognised in the mining industry as a leader in the development of innovative solutions and new technology deployment.

Alfred Gillman

Mr. Alfred John Gillman has been re-designated as Executive Director - Technical, Director of Triton Minerals Ltd., with effect from 22 August 2014. He has over 30 years of experience as a geologist in gold, base metals and uranium. He has experience in exploration and project development in various parts of the world including Australia, Papua New Guinea, Africa, the United States, Russia and Central Asia. For most of Mr. Gillman’s career, he has held senior management positions, including Group Exploration Manager of Harmony Gold and he is a Fellow and Chartered Professional of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Gillman currently serves as Technical Director for Peninsula Energy Ltd (ASX: PEN), Managing Director of the geological consulting firm Odessa Resources Pty Ltd and is Managing Director of the private exploration company, Dakar Gold Pty Ltd. He is Member of Audit and Governance Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.His Qualifications include Bachelor of Science (Honours), Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (CP Geology) .

Paula Ferreira

Ms. Paula Ferreira is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Paula is a Mozambican citizen and a Chartered Accountant certified by Ordem dos Contabilistas e Auditores do Mocambique (OCAM) with over 44 years of experience. Paula is a highly qualified professional having spent over 15 years of her early career in the construction industry as an accountant, Chief Financial Officer and senior executive. She was one of the founders of the major Mozambican construction company CETA, having a strategic role in the merger of the 6 construction companies that formed CETA. Subsequently, Paula spent the next 27 years devoted to financial audit, consulting and advisory roles. Paula was the managing director and a partner of Deloitte & Touche in Mozambique from 2000 to 2013. Trained as an auditor, she was previously with Ernst & Young in Maputo, Mozambique and owned and managed her own audit firm Sisteconta from 1987 to 1992. During these 27 years and whilst dealing with an extensive client portfolio, Paula developed a strong knowledge of the business environment in Mozambique including the public sector and international funding agencies. Formally retired since January 2014, Paula is currently a member of the Fiscal Council of Mozabanco, Fellow of Aspen Global Leadership Network and is engaged in some projects in entrepreneurship development.
