Name Description

David Edwards

Mr. David Edwards has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Edwards is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in the energy and resource sectors and brings outstanding skills in corporate governance, strategy and business planning, debt and equity markets, investor relations, joint venture management and operations. Mr Edwards was most recently employed as General Manager Finance with Clough Limited, an international engineering, construction and commissioning contractor servicing the world’s largest oil and gas construction companies. Prior to this, he was Group Financial Controller for Fortescue Metals Limited (ASX: FMG) and played a key role in supporting FMG through a period of significant growth including refinancing existing debt facilities and financing the US$10bn project development to 155mtpa. He has also held a corporate advisory role with Deloitte Australia and has served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of an ASX listed company.

Richard Jarvis

Mr. Richard Alan Jarvis is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr Jarvis is a Chartered Certified Accountant with 20 years finance and accounting experience gained in public practice and in the international resources sector. Mr Jarvis has held senior executive and management roles with various Australian and London-listed resource companies, including Nyota Minerals Limited, Sylvania Resources Limited and Fluormin Plc. He has substantial experience operating in a wide range of jurisdictions including Australia, UK and several parts of Africa.

Patrick Ellis

Mr. Patrick Ellis is Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr Ellis has over 30 years of experience in the international and domestic mineral resources sector, during this time he has held executive roles within the Leighton Group (now CIMIC), Newcrest, Allied Mining, Macmahon andMurray & Roberts. He is a new venture andmajor project development specialist having held accountability at over 40mining and processing operations in Africa, Asia, New Zealand and Australia, oftenmanagingmultisite and remotely located operations simultaneously. His operational portfolio is characterised by successful change management and redirection initiatives. He has experience in coal and metalliferous minerals including gold, PGM’s, basemetals, andmanganese.Mr Ellis is recognised in the mining industry as a leader in the development of innovative solutions and new technology deployment.

Peter Canterbury

Mr. Peter Damian Canterbury is Managing Director, Director of the Company effective 3 October 2016. Mr Canterbury has substantial experience in leading ASX-listed mining companies, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of ASX-listed Bauxite Resources Limited. Prior to this, Mr Canterbury was Chief Financial Officer of Sundance Resources Limited for six years. Mr Canterbury played a lead role in negotiating the Mining and Development convention for Sundance in Cameroon for the US$5 billion iron ore mine rail and port project. He was also critical in rebuilding Sundance as acting CEO following the tragic plane crash in June 2010, which claimed the lives of the entire Board.

Paula Ferreira

Ms. Paula Ferreira is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Paula is a Mozambican citizen and a Chartered Accountant certified by Ordem dos Contabilistas e Auditores do Mocambique (OCAM) with over 44 years of experience. Paula is a highly qualified professional having spent over 15 years of her early career in the construction industry as an accountant, Chief Financial Officer and senior executive. She was one of the founders of the major Mozambican construction company CETA, having a strategic role in the merger of the 6 construction companies that formed CETA. Subsequently, Paula spent the next 27 years devoted to financial audit, consulting and advisory roles. Paula was the managing director and a partner of Deloitte & Touche in Mozambique from 2000 to 2013. Trained as an auditor, she was previously with Ernst & Young in Maputo, Mozambique and owned and managed her own audit firm Sisteconta from 1987 to 1992. During these 27 years and whilst dealing with an extensive client portfolio, Paula developed a strong knowledge of the business environment in Mozambique including the public sector and international funding agencies. Formally retired since January 2014, Paula is currently a member of the Fiscal Council of Mozabanco, Fellow of Aspen Global Leadership Network and is engaged in some projects in entrepreneurship development.
