Name Description

Arni Thorsteinson

Mr. Arni Clayton Thorsteinson serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Temple Hotels Inc. He is President of Shelter, a company that invests in, manages and develops commercial real estate properties. Mr. Thorsteinson has over 40 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry in areas such as mortgage underwriting and placement, real estate securities sales, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. He is also a director of Onex Corporation and Bird Construction Inc. Mr. Thorsteinson is also the Chief Executive Officer and a trustee of Lanesborough REIT, a real estate investment trust listed on the TSX. Mr. Thorsteinson obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1974 and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba. The services of Mr. Thorsteinson are provided to Temple by Shelter pursuant to the Asset Management Agreement.

Larry Beeston

Mr. Larry J. Beeston serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary of Temple Hotels Inc. He is the Senior Manager - Financial Reporting for Shelter. In his position Mr. Beeston is responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements for Temple, Lanesborough REIT and approximately 70 other syndicated investment properties and condominium properties. Mr. Beeston is also responsible for overseeing the management of the Condominium Department of Shelter, representing approximately 4,000 units in 30 properties in Winnipeg and Toronto. Mr. Beeston was previously employed by Shelter from 1979 to 1998 and held the position of Senior Manager - Financial Reporting and General Manager – Condominium Management. Prior to re-joining Shelter in 2004, Mr. Beeston was Vice President of Finance at First Commercial Group Inc./First Commercial Management Inc. From February, 2005 to January 1, 2010, Mr. Beeston was the Chief Financial Officer of Huntingdon Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Beeston obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1980 and his A.C.C.I. designation from the Canadian Condominium Institute in 1991. Mr. Beeston also holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba. The services of Mr. Beeston are provided to Temple by Shelter pursuant to the Asset Management Agreement.

Gino Romagnoli

Mr. Gino Romagnoli serves as the Executive Vice President of Temple Hotels Inc. He is the Executive Vice-President of Temple since August 16, 2013. The services of Mr. Romagnoli as Executive Vice-President are provided to Temple pursuant to the Asset Management Agreement with Shelter. Mr. Romagnoli has over 30 years of experience in hotel asset management at Shelter and has been involved in all aspects of Temple’s operations since its inception in 2005. Mr. Romagnoli also serves as Manager, Investor Services of Shelter and has been employed with Shelter in various capacities since 1983. Mr. Romagnoli obtained his Certified General Accounting designation in 1988.

Rod Marlin

Mr. Rod F. Marlin is Lead Director of Temple Hotels Inc. He is the Chairman and CEO of Entrac Corporation, the successor company to EIS Capital Corp. He has held these positions since December 21, 2009. Prior thereto, Mr. Marlin was the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Eveready Inc. (formerly Eveready Income Fund) since its inception on March 31, 2005 until July 31, 2009 when Eveready was acquired by Clean Harbors, Inc. Mr. Marlin was the President and Chair of Eveready Industrial Group Ltd., which completed a reverse take-over of Eveready Income Fund on March 31, 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Marlin was Chair and a director of Eveready Industrial Services Corp. from 1995 to 2001. From 1967 until its sale in 1993, Mr. Marlin was the founder and President of Marlin Travel Group.

Douglas Wells

Mr. Douglas Norman Wells serves as the Director of Temple Hotels Inc. Mr. Wells was previously the Executive Vice-President of Temple until August 15, 2013. Mr. Wells was also previously the Chief Investment Officer of Shelter until August 15, 2013. Prior to joining Shelter in 2012, Mr. Wells was Managing Principal of Lazard Real Estate Partners, LLC, the real estate investment management business of Lazard Freres & Co. in its New York office and the President of Intown Suites Management Inc. Mr. Wells has served on the boards of numerous public and private entities including Atria Senior Living Group, LLC, CentreTrust Inc. and InTown Suites, Inc.

Rosanne Hill Blaisdell

Ms. Rosanne Hill Blaisdell serves as an Independent Director of Temple Hotels Inc. She is the Managing Director of Harvard Buildings Inc. and Vice President of Leasing for Harvard Developments Inc., a long-standing real estate company headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan. She has held this position since 1997. Ms. Hill Blaisdell received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba in 1991. Along with a commercial banking and investment management background, Ms. Hill Blaisdell holds a CCIM real estate designation. Ms. Hill Blaisdell has extensive experience real estate asset management overseeing a three million square foot portfolio in Western Canada. She is also responsible for the land assembly, construction and development of two new commercial high-rise office buildings in Saskatchewan and the future redevelopment of a number of mixed use projects which will add another two million square feet to the portfolio. Ms. Hill Blaisdell is a member of the SaskPower Business Advisory Committee and a member of the Board of Govenors for St. Mary’s University College. She is a past member of the advisory committee to Enterprise Saskatchewan, a past member of the board of directors of the Regina Economic Development Authority and has served on a variety of community and non-profit boards including the YWCA capital campaign and The City of Regina's Centennial Celebration.

Brent McLean

Mr. Brent McLean serves as an Independent Director of Temple Hotels Inc. He is a retired Chartered Accountant. Mr. McLean was previously a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, retiring as partner in charge of the financial advisory services practice of the Winnipeg office. Mr. McLean specialized in forensic investigations, litigation support, valuations, measurement of economic loss and insurance work. Previously, Mr. McLean directed audits and provided business advisory services to medium and large businesses. Mr. McLean is a past president of the Manitoba Institute of Chartered Accountants and served as a member of the executive committee for many years. Mr. McLean also served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. McLean has served on the executive and as chair of the audit committee of various non-profit and community service boards including Rainbow Stage and Manitoba Lotteries Corporation. Mr. McLean is currently a member of the Board of Governors of St. Charles Country Club.

David Nunn

Mr. David J. Nunn serves as an Independent Director of Temple Hotels Inc. since April 1, 2013. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Centenntial Group Limited, a private company with diverse holdings and structures, including hotels, real estate, property development and oil and gas. Mr. Nunn is a chartered accountant and holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from Acadia University. He is also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Nunn has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, in both publicly traded and private companies. He was also a professor of finance at Mount Saint Vincent University, in Halifax. Mr. Nunn's board experience includes terms on the emerging issues committee for the CICA, treasurer for the Institute of Corporate Directors Atlantic, treasurer for Armbrae Academy and executive secretary for Nova Scotia Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corp.
