Biographies

Name Description

Mats Sundstrom

 Mr. Mats Sundstrom has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of TradeDoubler AB since May 6, 2009. He is Member of the Remuneration, Nomination and Audit Committees at the Company. In addition to his current duties at the Company, he is Chairman of the Board of St Stephens Episcopal School and Board Member of Infocare A/S. Previously, he was also inter alia Chairman of the Board of DoubleClick Scandinavia AB and Unibet plc, as well as Board Member of TV 4 AB, Poolia AB, Neonet AB and Off the Wall Media Production & Consulting AB. He has also been active within the Kinnevik Group, and served as Executive Vice President of Scansats Broadcast Ltd. Mr. Sundstrom holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics).

Rob Wilson

 Mr. Rob Wilson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of TradeDoubler AB, effective as of August 1, 2012, He no longer serves as Market Unit Leader North West at the Company, effective as of August 1, 2012. He has held this position since May 1, 2011. Previously, he worked for Epic Media Group, where he held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. He has ten years of experience in digital marketing from Zanox, 24/7 Real Media and Yahoo throughout Europe and the United States.  Mr. Jonas Ragnarsson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Tradedoubler AB, effective as of August 2012. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at EQT Partners and SSC (Swedish Space Corporation), and held senior positions in accounting and finance at Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hotel Holdings and Diligentia.

Andrew Buckman

 Mr. Andrew Buckman has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of TradeDoubler AB, effective as of January 2, 2013. He has over 15 years of pan-European experience in senior revenue generation, product and management roles and joined the Company from Klarna, where he was Vice President, Sales, responsible for international expansion. Mr. Buckman worked as Managing Director for Webloyalty France for over three years, followed by a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships role at Criteo. His previous senior roles include five years at Yahoo! Search Marketing where he set up and ran the Product and Monetization organization and, as part of those responsibilities, oversaw the European deployment of new advertiser platform, Panama.

Jonas Flodh

 Mr. Jonas Flodh has served as Vice President Products and Technology / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TradeDoubler AB since 2011. He has been Chief Technology Officer in the Company since 2008. Je joined the Company in 2007 as Head of Products. He has spent 15 years in the mobile, telecommunications and digital media space, managing business, product and corporate development activities for large multinational organizations including Ericsson, Orange PCS and France Telecom and for companies such as Spray and Formus Communications. He has co-founded and advised early stage ventures within mobile and digital marketing. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan (KTH) (Royal Institute of Technology) and has studied Marketing and Economics at INSEAD.

Leif Eliasson

 Mr. Leif Eliasson has been Market Unit Leader North East at TradeDoubler AB since May 2011. He has spent over 12 years in the mobile and online media space, as General Manager in Tele2, Ericsson. He is also Founder of European mobile and online start-ups. Prior to joining the Company, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Relevant Traffic Europe AB. During his four years in this position, he was also engaged in New Investments within the Kinnevik Group. Mr. Eliasson holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management from Lunds Universitet.

Nils Lindhe

 Mr. Nils Lindhe has served as Strategy and Operational Excellence Program Leader at TradeDoubler AB since 2010. He was formerly Head of Northern and Eastern Europe at the Company. Before that, he worked as Client Director at Lowe Brindfors and Razorfish. He holds Master of Science degree from Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshogskolan i Stockholm) and studied at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Vittorio Lorenzoni

 Mr. Vittorio Lorenzoni is Market Unit Leader South East Europe at TradeDoubler AB. In addition, since 2007 he has occupied the post of the Company's Country Manager Italy. Formerly, he held the post of Commercial Director at Yahoo! Italia for Southern Europe and emerging countries. Prior to that, he had a long career at IBM Italia, covering different roles within sales and marketing. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Padua.

Frederic Prigent

 Mr. Frederic Prigent is Market Unit Leader France at TradeDoubler AB. In addition, since 2009, he has occupied the post of the Company's Country Manager - France. Previously, he was Head of Client Services (since 2005). He has begun his career at ValueClick France in 2000, then had joined AddviseMedia agency. He studied Marketing and Electronics at University de Cergy Pontoise.

Juan Sevillano

 Mr. Juan Sevillano is Market Unit Leader South West at TradeDoubler AB. Since 2010, he has occupied the post of the Company's Country Manager Spain and Portugal. He has more than ten years of experience in communication groups. He was Sales Director for Search & E-Commerce in Yahoo for more than three years. Then he decided to join Microsoft in 2008, and became the Head of Microsoft Media Network, managing the portfolio of products, sales strategy and was responsible for cross-business unit critical projects. He graduated in Economics.

Matthias Stadelmeyer

 Mr. Matthias Stadelmeyer has been Busines Unit Leader Technology at TradeDoubler AB since 2010. Previously, he was Sales Director and Head of TD Technology at TradeDoubler Germany. He started his career as Team Leader for Online Marketing at CANCOM IT Systeme AG, Munich. He studied Industrial Management and Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.

Falk Von Westarp

 Dr. Falk Von Westarp has served as Market Unit Leader Central at TradeDoubler AB since July 2011. He previously held senior management positions at Monster Worldwide, where he was recently Managing Director for Switzerland. Before that, he held a number of international director positions in the Central and Eastern Europe business region within the international online recruitment group. He studied in Frankfurt and Berkeley and holds Master's degree in Business Administration.

Martin Henricson

 Mr. Martin Henricson has been Member of the Board of Directors of TradeDoubler AB since May 2001. He is Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. Between May 2001 and February 2007, he occupied the post of the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his duties at the Company, he is President of EPiServer Group AB, as well as Board Member of Implema AB, Projectplace AB and Besedo Group AB. In his professional career he was also Board Member of AcadeMedia AB, as well as Chairman of the Boards and Board Member of Mercuri International Sverige AB, Mercuri International Group AB, Anew Learning AB and Vittra AB. Furthermore, he has also been the External President for Bure Equity AB and Mercuri International Group AB. Mr. Henricson holds Master of Science degree from Stockholms universitet.

Kristofer Arwin

 Mr. Kristofer Arwin has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of TradeDoubler AB since 2007. In addition to his duties at the Company, he is Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board at TestFreaks AB, as well as Board Member at Unibet Group plc, Alertsec AB and at Stagepool AB. He is also the founder of PriceRunner and was President of the company until december 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administration from Stockholms universitet.
