Name Description

Mats Sundstrom

 Mr. Mats Sundstrom has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of TradeDoubler AB since May 6, 2009. He is Member of the Remuneration, Nomination and Audit Committees at the Company. In addition to his current duties at the Company, he is Chairman of the Board of St Stephens Episcopal School. Previously, he was also inter alia Chairman of the Board of DoubleClick Scandinavia AB and Unibet plc, as well as Board Member of TV 4 AB, Poolia AB, Neonet AB and Off the Wall Media Production & Consulting AB. He has also been active within the Kinnevik Group, and served as Executive Vice President of Scansats Broadcast Ltd. Mr. Sundstrom holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics).

Rob Wilson

 Mr. Rob Wilson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of TradeDoubler AB, effective as of August 1, 2012. He studied International Business Technology at University of Teesside. He was Market Unit Leader North west between May 2011 - August 2012. Prior to that he was Chief Revenue Officer and responsible for global sales at the US advertising network, Epic Media Group. He brings over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing having previously held leadership positions with Zanox, 24/7 Real Media and Yahoo throughout Europe and the US.

 Mr. Jonas Ragnarsson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of TradeDoubler AB, effective as of August 2012. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at EQT Partners and SSC (Swedish Space Corporation), and held senior positions in accounting and finance at Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hotel Holdings and Diligentia.

Andrew Buckman

 Mr. Andrew Buckman has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of TradeDoubler AB, effective as of January 2, 2013. He has over 15 years of pan-European experience in senior revenue generation, product and management roles and joined the Company from Klarna, where he was Vice President, Sales, responsible for international expansion. Mr. Buckman worked as Managing Director for Webloyalty France for over three years, followed by a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships role at Criteo. His previous senior roles include five years at Yahoo! Search Marketing where he set up and ran the Product and Monetization organization and, as part of those responsibilities, oversaw the European deployment of new advertiser platform, Panama. Mr. Buckman holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Middlesex University.

Magnus Nystrom

 Mr. Magnus Nystrom serves as Chief Technical Officer of TradeDoubler AB since October 2012. He has completed MBA studies at Executive Management Institute and System Architecture at Hogskolan Dalarna. He has held several management positions within IT since 2001, within Telecoms as well as Online Marketing. He has worked in international environments, where he has held management roles within programme/ project steering and system development. Before joining Tradedoubler as Development Manager in 2008 he spent almost 10 years at TDC, a Danish provider of communications solutions and Pay-TV.

Matthias Stadelmeyer

 Mr. Matthias Stadelmeyer has been Vice President of Sales at TradeDoubler AB since April 2013. He previously served as Busines Unit Leader Technology since 2010. Previously, he was Sales Director and Head of TD Technology at TradeDoubler Germany. He started his career as Team Leader for Online Marketing at CANCOM IT Systeme AG, Munich. He studied Industrial Management and Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.

Nils Lindhe

 Mr. Nils Lindhe has served as Regional Director Nordics of TradeDoubler AB since October 2012. He previously served as Strategy and Operational Excellence Program Leader since 2010. He was formerly Head of Northern and Eastern Europe at the Company. Before that, he worked as Client Director at Lowe Brindfors and Razorfish. He holds Master of Science degree from Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshogskolan i Stockholm) and studied at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.

Vittorio Lorenzoni

 Mr. Vittorio Lorenzoni is Market Unit Leader South East Europe, Country Manager Italy at TradeDoubler AB. Formerly, he held the post of Commercial Director at Yahoo! Italia for Southern Europe and emerging countries. Prior to that, he had a long career at IBM Italia, covering different roles within sales and marketing. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Padova.

Kristofer Arwin

 Mr. Kristofer Arwin has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of TradeDoubler AB since 2007. In addition to his duties at the Company, he is Board member of Unibet Group plc, Alertsec AB and Addnode Group AB. He is co-founder and CEO of TestFreaks AB since 2007 and is also a Board member of TestFreaks AB. He is also the founder of PriceRunner and was President of the company until December 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administration from Stockholms universitet.

Martin Henricson

 Mr. Martin Henricson has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of TradeDoubler AB since February 2007. He is Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. Between May 2001 and February 2007, he occupied the post of the Company's President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board. In addition to his duties at the Company, he is President of EPiServer Group AB, as well as Board Member of Implema AB, Projectplace AB and Besedo Group AB. In his professional career he was also Board Member of AcadeMedia AB, as well as Chairman of the Boards and Board Member of Mercuri International Sverige AB, Mercuri International Group AB, Anew Learning AB and Vittra AB. Furthermore, he has also been the External President for Bure Equity AB and Mercuri International Group AB. Mr. Henricson holds Master of Science degree from Stockholms universitet.

Caroline Sundewall

 Ms. Caroline Sundewall serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors at TradeDoubler AB since May 6, 2009. She is Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company. In addition to her duties at the Company, she is Chairman of the Board of Svolder AB, as well as Board Member of Sodra skogsagarna, Sodra Cell, Lifco AB, Pagengruppen AB, and Mertzig Asset Management AB. She is also Chairman of the Board and Consultant of Caroline Sundewall AB and Chairman of the Board in the tennis trust, Streber Cup.  Mr. Simon Turner has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors at TradeDoubler AB since 2010. In addition to his duties at the Company, he is also Board Member of Yorkshire Building Society, Identive Group Inc, Net Retail Holdings BV and Senior Director for Acer Computers.
