Flemming Ipsen

 Mr. Flemming Ipsen serves as Chairman of the Board of Torm A/S since January 9, 2013 and is also Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He holds a PMD degree from the Harvard Business School and an LLM degree from Kobenhavns Universitet. Mr. Ipsen currently also has management duties in A/S Mærsk Aviation Holding, Star Air A/S, Ejendomselskabet Lindo, Royal Danish Yacht Club, Mærsk Broker A/S, Port of Hanstholm, Maritime & Commercial Court, J Poulsen Shipping A/S, Julius Koch International A/S, The Danish Institute of Arbitration and Torm Foundation.

Jacob Meldgaard

 Mr. Jacob Meldgaard is Chief Executive Officer of Torm A/S since April 1, 2010. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S.
