Name Description

Kirill Klip

 Mr. Kirill Klip has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of TNR Gold Corporation effective November 16,2012. Mr. Klip graduated with a management degree from St. Petersburg State University of Railways and an external degree of Masters of Business Administration in finance from both the International Business School in Moscow and Guildhall University in London. He has an experience in banking, transportation, mining, telecommunication, and internet industries and his insight has brought many companies to the next level. In addition to years of entrepreneurial and investment endeavours, he is also currently managing a portfolio of global assets. He is Chairman of the board of directors of CafeMax LLC from March 2002 to January 2010.

Gary Schellenberg

 Mr. Gary D. A. Schellenberg is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of TNR Gold Corporation. Mr. Schellenberg has been the President and a director of TNR Gold Corp. since 1990, and is responsible for strategic planning, business development and mining finance for the Company. He is also the president of Coast Mountain Geological Ltd., a private consulting company. He has been involved with the management of public resource based companies for over 20 years. Mr. Schellenberg obtained his B.sc in Geology from the University of British Columbia in 1981.

 Mr. Jerome Bella is Chief Financial Officer of TNR Gold Corp. He is a self employed financial consultant presently involved with various private and public companies. Since receiving his C.G.A. designation in 1979, Mr. Bella has been a director or CFO of numerous private and publicly-traded companies including resource exploration, manufacturing and high tech companies. Mr. Bella is currently the CFO of TNR Gold Corp., a public company listed on the Exchange and has experience at the executive level of both private and public companies. Mr. Bella will be the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of ILC.

 Mr. Paul Chung is Secretary, Director of TNR Gold Corporation. He holds a Bsc. degree in geology and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He has international experience in the management of public companies over the past 19 years.  Mr. Gregory S. Johnson is Independent Director of TNR Gold Corp. Mr. Johnson has over 25 years of international mining industry experience in corporate finance, project development, and exploration. Mr. Johnson has acted as a director of several Canadian listed development stage resource companies with assets in North America, South America and Africa. Previous roles include President and CEO of South American Silver Corp., co-founder and executive at NovaGold Resources and senior roles in domestic and international exploration for Placer Dome Inc. (now Barrick Gold) including a role in the discovery and advancement of the 40 million ounce Donlin gold deposit in Alaska.
