Biographies

Name Description

Peter Stern

Mr. Peter Stern is Interim Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the company. He is the principal of Metropolis Corporate Advisory Services. He has been providing corporate advisory services since 1987 where his focus is on general strategic advice, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, transaction structuring and business development. Prior to forming Metropolis in 2000, Mr Stern held senior positions in corporate finance with Macquarie Bank, UBS and Deutsche Bank. He is a Non-Executive Director of Anglo Australian Resources NL. Mr Stern's qualifications include a First Class B.Sc. Honours (Geology) degree from Monash University and the Securities Institute of Australia Diploma of Finance and Investment. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Peter Doyle

Mr. Peter J. Doyle is Vice President - Exploration and Business Development of Troy Resources Ltd., since July 18, 2005. Peter has over 30 years international experience in all aspects of mineral exploration from regional reconnaissance to detailed prospect evaluations throughout Canada, United States, Mexico, Australia, Indonesia, China and South East Asia. As Project Manager for P.T. Freeport Indonesia supervised regional exploration in the Central Highlands of Irian Jaya that resulted in the delineation of the Wabu Gold Deposit. Since joining Troy Peter has been responsible for the company's exploration in Australia, Mongolia, Brazil and most recently Argentina.

Eric Olson

Mr. Eric Olson is the General Manager - Operations of the Company. Eric has over 35 years' experience in the global precious metals mining industry. Over the past decade, he has worked extensively on a wide range of South American operations where he achieved regular success with project development and mine optimisation in challenging conditions. From 1991 until 2001 Eric was the Director of Corporate Development for Battle Mountain Gold Company before it was merged with Newmont. Mr Olson attended the Mackay School of Mines at the University of Nevada Reno where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering. He also attended the Management Programme at Rice University in Houston, Texas and is a Fellow Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Ken Nilsson

Mr. Ken K. Nilsson will not stand for re-election as Executive Director - Project Development, Executive Director of the company effective 2017 Annual General Meeting. He holds B.Eng, Cert of Eng. Mr Nilsson joined Troy in 1997 and is currently Executive Director of Project Development. Mr Nilsson is a mining engineer with over 35 years international mine construction and production experience covering gold, base metals and coal. He has been responsible for the development of Troy’s Western Australian operations at Sandstone, construction of the Sertão Mine in Goias state, Brazil, led the team responsible for relocating the Sertão plant and development of the Andorinhas Mine in Para state, Brazil, managed the development and construction of Troy’s Casposo operation in Argentina and most recently has been responsible for development of the Karouni project in Guyana.

John Jones

Mr. John Load Cecil Jones is Non-Executive Director of Troy Resources Ltd. He has over 40 years’ experience as a director of public companies. Past roles include as founder and Chairman of Jones Mining Ltd and Chairman of North Kalgurli Mines NL. He is a director of private company Hampton Transport Services Pty Ltd, a service company to the mining industry in Australia.
