Served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 2004 to November 2007 and as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2000 through 2004. Other directorship: H&R Block, Inc. since September 2011. Mr. Wright served as a director of Spartan Stores, Inc. (Lead Director, Chair of Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee) from 2002 to August 2011. Having spent his entire career in retail and 12 years at the Company, Mr. Wright is well-positioned to guide the board through this chapter of the Board’s mission and mandate. |
