Powell, Kenneth Mr. Kenneth W. Powell, DDS, B.Sc., has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Titan Trading Analytics Inc effective August 20, 2009. He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer, Director of Titan Trading Analytics Inc. He served as President of Titan Trading Analytics Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta, holding Bachelor of Science (1966) and Doctor of Dentistry (1970) degrees. Since 1970, he has been a self-employed dentist with a dental practice in the Edmonton, Alberta area. Since December 2002, Dr. Powell has acted as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Titan, as well as a director and the Chief Financial Officer of Firestone Ventures Inc., a junior mining exploration company that is reporting in British Columbia and Alberta and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Carrozza, Phillip Mr. Philip S. Carrozza, II., has been appointed as President of Titan Trading Analytics Inc effective August 20, 2009. He has served as Director of Titan Trading Analytics Inc. He is Director of U.S. Trading Operations and the President of Cignal, from which in June 2003 we have obtained certain rights with respect to certain automated trading platform technology. Mr. Carrozza acquired his professional broker’s license in 1987. From 1993 until 1999 when he founded Cignal, he worked with several trading forms in New York and the Bahamas. Mr. Carrozza is also an attorney and a member of the Massachusetts State Bar.
Gossland, Michael Mr. Michael Gossland, M.Sc., P.Eng., is Chief Technology Officer, Secretary and a director of Titan Trading Analytics Inc. Mr. Gossland is one of the original principals of the Company, which he cofounded in 1994. He received his Master of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1978. In 1989, he obtained his designation as a Professional Engineer, Electrical Branch (Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario). From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Gossland was Software Project Manager for Sciex, a division of MDS Health Group Inc. of Toronto, Ontario. In 2004, he joined APEG of BC and transferred his Professional Engineering License from Ontario to British Columbia. He is the Director of Software Development at the Company and has 20 years of experience in computer technology, spending the last 15 years focusing on financial data analysis, software trading tools, and real-time trading systems.
Roddick, Robert Mr. Robert Roddick, Q.C. is Director of Titan Trading Analytics Inc. He has been a partner with Roddick, Scott & Johnson, Barristers and Solicitors, for over twenty-five years.
Elke, Harold Mr. Harold Elke is a Director of Titan Trading Analytics Inc. He has been an independent businessman for over twenty-five years and has extensive business experience in both Europe and Asia, and in commercial real estate in Canada. He is Practicing Dentist since 1982.
Francese, Joseph Mr. Joseph Francese is Director of Titan Trading Analytics Inc. He serves as a member of Titan's audit committee. Mr. Francese is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of PROFORMA Capital Inc. and along with his partners, manages two proprietary high income funds for Institutional and High Net Worth investors. As CIO, Joe chairs the investment committee and is responsible for analyzing and monitoring existing and prospective investments, as well as developing investment strategies. Prior to his role as CIO, Joe came with 15 years of experience working with high net worth investors consulting on over $100 million of investor assets during his advisory career. Mr. Francese serves and advises several local charitable groups and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
