Cyrus Mistry

 Mr. Cyrus Pallonji Mistry has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Tata Power Company Ltd., effective November 08, 2012. He is a graduate of Civil Engineering from Imperial College, UK and has an M.Sc. in Management from London Business School. He has been associated with the Shapoorji Pallonji Group since 1994. Mr. Mistry was associated with the Company as Director from 1996 to 2006 and served as Member and Chairman of its Remuneration Committee as well as Member of its Audit Committee. He joined the Board of Tata Sons Limited in 2006 and is presently the Executive Deputy Chairman. He is also Director of Tata Industries Limited, Tata Teleservices Limited, Tata Consultancy Services Limited and Tata Steel Limited.

Sowmyan Ramakrishnan

 Mr. Sowmyan Ramakrishnan is Executive Director- Finance, Director of Tata Power Company Limited. He holds a B.Tech. (Mech.) Degree from IIT, Madras and a management degree from IIM, Ahmedabad.  Mr. Sankaranarayanan Padmanabhan is Executive Director of Tata Power Company Limited. He was the Executive Director Human Resources ofTata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS). Padmanabhan joined TCS in 1982 as a trainee and progressed into various roles. He headed the Application Development and Maintenance Practice (2001 -2002),the Delivery Centre at Sholinganallur,Chennai (1998-2000), the Airline Industry Practice (1999-2000). Ramabadran Gopalakrishnan

 Mr. Ramabadran Gopalakrishnan is Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Tata Power Company Limited. He is a graduate in Physics from Calcutta University and an Engineer from IIT, Kharagpur. Mr. Gopalakrishnan is the Executive Director of Tata Sons Ltd., Chairman of Rallis India Ltd., Vice-Chairman of Tata Chemicals Ltd. and a Director of several other companies.  Mr. Piyush Gunwantrai Mankad is Independent Non-Executive Director of Tata Power Company Limited. He is a retired civil servant with a distinguished career of over 40 years in the prestigious Indian Administrative Service, which he joined in 1964, topping his batch.
