Tata, Ratan Mr. Ratan Naval Tata is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Tata Power Company Ltd. He has been on the Board of Tata Power Company Limited since 1989. Mr Tata holds a B.Sc. (Architecture) degree with Structural Engineering from Cornell University, USA and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard University, USA. Mr. Tata is an eminent industrialist with wide business experience across a variety of industries. He joined the Tata Group in 1962. Menon, Prasad Mr. Prasad Raghava Menon is Managing Director, Executive Director of Tata Power Company Limited. Agrawala, Banmali Mr. Banmali Agrawala was appointed as an Executive Director of Tata Power Company Limited with effect from 15th February, 2008 by the Board of Directors under Section 260 of the Act and Article 132 of the Company’s Articles Association.
