| McCormick, Douglas | Mr. McCormick was elected to the Board of LIN TV Corp. and named as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board in September 2006. Mr. McCormick is a partner with Rho Ventures, a division of Rho Capital Partners, which he joined in October 2006. Mr. McCormick’s primary focus at Rho is on investments in the media sector. Prior to Rho, Mr. McCormick was CEO of iVillage Inc. from August 2000 until May 2006. He also served on iVillage’s Board of Directors, to which he was appointed in February 1999 and was elected Chairman in April 2001. Mr. McCormick also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lifetime Television, a cable network provider from 1993 to 1998. Prior to Lifetime, Mr. McCormick held executive positions with The Samuel Goldwyn Company, Cable Health Network, Petry Television and KCOP-TV. Currently, Mr. McCormick is a member of the board of Ovation Television, Waterfront Media and Wayport Inc. Mr. McCormick received his MBA from Columbia University. |

| Cunningham, William | Dr. William Cunningham has served as the Director of LIN TV Corp. since May 21, 2009. Dr. Cunningham has served at the University of Texas at Austin since 1971 when he was an Assistant Professor of Marketing. He later became a Professor of Marketing and has held the following additional positions: James L. Bayless Chair for Free Enterprise from 1986 to present; the President of the University of Texas at Austin from 1985 to 1992; and Dean of College of Business Administration/Graduate School of Business from 1983 to 1985.
