Name Description

Robert Marcus

Mr. Robert D. Marcus has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer Time Warner Cable Inc., effective January 1, 2014. Mr. Marcus has served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer since December 14, 2010. Mr. Marcus served as the Company’s Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 1, 2008 and as the Company’s Senior Executive Vice President from August 2005. Mr. Marcus joined the Company from Time Warner Inc. where he had served as Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions from 2002. Mr. Marcus joined Time Warner Inc. in 1998 as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Glenn Britt

Mr. Glenn A. Britt has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Time Warner Cable Inc., effective January 1, 2014. He is no longer Chief Executive Officer of the company effective December 31, 2013. Mr. Britt has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since August 2001. He also has served as the Company’s Chairman since March 2009 and previously from August 2001 to March 2006. Prior to assuming the Chief Executive Officer position, he held various senior positions with Time Warner Cable Ventures, then the Company’s new business arm, certain of the Company’s predecessor entities, and Time Warner and its predecessor Time Inc. Mr. Britt has served as a director since March 2003 and is also a director of Xerox Corporation and Cardinal Health, Inc. Arthur Minson

Mr. Arthur T. Minson, Jr., has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Time Warner Cable Inc., effective May 2, 2013. Mr. Minson has held executive positions in finance, operations and other areas of corporate leadership at several U.S. companies, including the Company. He is joining the Company from AOL Inc. (“AOL”), where he served since 2009 in a number of senior management roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Minson served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Deputy CFO, having served as Senior Vice President of Finance from 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Minson was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Development at AOL, where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financial administration. He has also held senior finance positions at AMC Networks (formerly Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc.) and Time Warner Inc. Mr. Minson began his career in the Audit Practice of Ernst & Young LLP, where he became a CPA. He holds a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Michael LaJoie

Mr. Michael L. LaJoie is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Network Operations Officer of Time Warner Cable Inc. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Advanced Technology from March 2003 and in the same capacity for the Time Warner Cable division of Time Warner Inc., the Company’s former parent, from August 2002. Mr. LaJoie served as Vice President of Corporate Development of the Time Warner Cable division of Time Warner Inc. from 1998.

Prior to joining Time Warner Inc., Ms. MacKinnon served as Senior Vice President for Government Relations at the National Cable and Telecommunications Association, where she managed the cable industry’s outreach to members of Congress and the Executive Branch from January 2006. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Government Relations at Viacom Inc., an entertainment company, from May 2000 following Viacom Inc.’s merger with CBS Corporation, a radio and television broadcasting company, where she served as Vice President, Federal Relations from 1997.

Philip Meeks

Mr. Philip G. Meeks has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer - Business Services of Time Warner Cable Inc., effective June 3, 2013. Mr. Meeks most recently served as Senior Vice President of Cox Business, where he led 3,500 employees in making it the fastest growing business unit in the enterprise. Before joining Cox in 2008, Mr. Meeks was the co-founder and lead executive for a start-up company focused on enhancing the supply chain between technology vendors and value added resellers in the Internet security, data storage and VoIP markets. Mr. Meeks served in various strategy, sales and account management roles during 20 years of service at MCI Telecommunications, including Senior Vice President of Sales Operations and Senior Vice President of Strategic Ventures and Alliances. He started his career at AT&T Information Systems/Southern Bell in 1979 and progressed through various sales and marketing leadership roles. Mr. Meeks is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Journalism. He also completed Executive Education programs at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Virginia.

Peter Stern

Mr. Peter C. Stern is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy, People and Corporate Development Officer of Time Warner Cable Inc. Prior to that, he served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from March 2008, after serving as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Product Management from 2005 and the Company’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning from 2004. Mr. Stern joined the Company from Time Warner Inc. where he had served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives from 2001.

Mr. Thomas H. Castro is an Independent Director of Time Warner Cable Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer, El Dorado Capital, LLC. Mr. Castro is the founder of El Dorado Capital, LLC, a private equity investment firm, and has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since December 2008. He is also the founder of IMB Development Corporation, a private equity investment firm, and has served as its Managing Director since January 2012. Previously, he was the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Border Media Partners, LLC, a radio broadcasting company that primarily targets Hispanic listeners, from 2002 to 2008. Don Logan

Mr. Wayne H. Pace is Independent Director of Time Warner Cable Inc. Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Time Warner. Mr. Pace served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner from November 2001 through December 2007, and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TWE from November 2001 until October 2004. He was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., a cable programming subsidiary of Time Warner (“TBS”), from March 2001 to November 2001 and held various other executive positions at TBS, including Chief Financial Officer, from 1993 to 2001. Edward Shirley

Mr. Edward D. Shirley is an Independent Director of Time Warner Cable Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer, Bacardi Limited. Mr. Shirley has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bacardi Limited, a spirits company, since March 2012. Senator Sununu has served as a Senior Policy Advisor for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, a law firm, since July 2010. He served as a U.S. Senator from New Hampshire from January 2003 to 2009.
