Name Description

H. Ersin Ozince

 Mr. H. Ersin Ozince is performing as Chairman of the Board of Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. He also acts as Chairman of the Pricing Committee of the Bank. Mr. Ozince has been serving as Chairman of the Banks Association of Turkey, and Board Member of The Institute of International Finance Inc., Vehbi Koc Foundation and Istanbul Culture and Arts Foundation. He is a member of Institut Internationale d'Etudes Bancaires, and Member of the Boards of Trustees at Bilkent University and Education Volunteers Foundation of Turkey. Mr. Ozince started his professional career in 1976 at Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S.’s Board of Inspectors. After serving as Manager of various departments within the Bank, he was appointed as Vice General Manager in 1994, responsible for treasury, accounting, securities, commercial loans and credit information and financial analysis functions. He previously acted as Chairman at Turkiye Sise ve Cam Fabrikalari A.S. Mr. Ozince received his BSc degree in Management from Middle East Technical University in 1975.

Adnan Bali

 Mr. Mahmut Magemizoglu has been performing as Vice General Manager of Financial Management, Investor Relations, Management Reporting and Internal Accounting of Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. since May 18, 2005. Serdar Gencer

Mr. Onder became the Manager of Galata Branch in 1996, Avcilar Branch in 1998, Karakoy Branch in 2001, Corporate Banking Marketing Department in 2003 and Levent Branch in 2006. Mr. Onder became the Manager of Gebze Corporate Branch in 2007 and was appointed as Vice General Manager on 13 April 2011.

Yilmaz Erturk

 Mr. Yilmaz Erturk serves as Vice General Manager of Turkiye Is Bankasi AS. He joined Isbank as Assistant Specialist of the Economic Research Department in 1987. After serving as Assistant Manager and then Group Manager of the Fund Management Department, he became Manager of the Economic Research Department.  Mr. Levent Korba is Vice General Manager of Support Services, Purchasing, Construction and Real Estate Management of Turkiye Is Bankasi AS. He graduated from the English Language Department of Dokuz Eylul University, Buca Faculty of Education. He joined Isbank in 1986 as a Candidate Officer in Izmir Branch. In 1990, he became an Assistant Section Head at Bornova Branch and in 1995 a Sub-Manager at Karabaglar Branch.  Ms. Senar Akkus is Vice General Manager of Economic Research and Treasury Management of Turkiye Is Bankasi AS. She is a Member of the Risk Committee of the Company. She graduated from the Economics Department of the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in 1991. In the same year, she joined Isbank as an Assistant Specialist at the Treasury Department. In 1998 she was appointed to the same department as an Assistant Manager. Suat Ince

He is responsible for personal credits, card payment systems, personal banking marketing, sales and products, and private banking marketing and sales management. Between 1984-1988 he worked at Interbank at various banking positions; between 1988-2001 he served as Deputy Chief Executive, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Turk Merchant Banka A.S., Bankers Trust A.S. and at Deutsche Bank A.S. Between 2001-2003, he has undertaken the post of Managing Director at Public Banks Joint Board for restructuring and rehabilitation practice. He has been a Counselor and Director at various financial institutions since 2003. Mr. Basol was elected to the Bank's Board on 31 March 2011 and elected as alternate member of the Credit Committee on 1 April 2011.

Aynur Dulger Atakli

 Ms. Aynur Dulger Atakli is Board Member of Turkiye Is Bankasi AS. She is also Member of the Social Responsibility Committee of the Company. She is a graduate of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. Between 1987-1988 she attended a postgraduate program in the U. S. A. and in 1990 Senior Public Administration Techniques and European Union program at Ripa, The Royal Institute of Public Administration. She began her professional career in 1979 as a research assistant in the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. During the period of 1980-1991 she served as Assistant Specialist and Specialist at the State Planning Organization, during the period of 1991-1998 served as Specialist, Department Head and Deputy General Manager at the Undersecretariat of Treasury, General Directorate of Foreign Capital and during the period of 1998-2011 served as Counselor at the Undersecretariat of Treasury. Ms. Atakli was elected to the Bank's Board on 31 March 2011 and elected as member of the Social Responsibility Committee on 1 April 2011.

Mustafa Kicalioglu

 Mr. Mustafa Kicalioglu is Board Member of Turkiye Is Bankasi AS. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ankara University and completed the Public Administration Postgraduate Program at Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East. He began his career as the Judge of Silifke, and then he served as Aralik and Giresun Deputy Public Prosecutor and as Judge of Baskil, Cankiri, Kocaeli and Ankara. In 2001 Mr. Kicalioglu was elected as Member of the Supreme Court and he became retired due to age limit when he was the Head of the fourth Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court.

Hasan Kochan

 Mr. Hasan Kochan has been performing as Board Member of Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. since November 3, 2008. He is also Associate Member of the Credit Committee. He graduated from Ankara Iktisadi ve Ticari Ilimler Akademisi with a degree in Banking. He began his career as a clerk in the Macka/Trabzon branch of the Bank in 1984, and was appointed as Assistant Service Officer of the Bank's Bayburt branch in 1988. Later, he held the same post in Yomra/Trabzon, Bulancak/Giresun and Trabzon branches of the Bank. Mr. Kochan was promoted Second Manager of Trabzon branch in 1996, and Assistant Manager of the same branch in 1998. Later, he served as Branch Manager of Park/Trabzon in 1999; Ordu in 2000; Gaziantep in 2002, and Izmit/Kocaeli in 2005.

Aysel Tacer

 Ms. Aysel Tacer is Board Member of Turkiye Is Bankasi AS. She graduated from Department of Management of Marmara Universitesi in 1980. She began her career at the Bank as an Officer at Taksim Branch in 1980; served as an Assistant Section Head and a Financial Analyst at the Credit Information and Financial Analysis Department between 1983-1989; became an Assistant Credit Analyst in 1989 and an Assistant Manager in 1993 at Sisli Branch. Between 1996-2011 she served as the Manager of Akatlar, Carsi Bakirkoy, Gunesli and Gunesli Corporate Branches. Ms. Aysel Tacer is a Financial Analyst and speaks English. Ms. Tacer was elected to the Bank's Board on 31 March 2011 when she was serving as the Manager of Gunesli Corporate Branch, on 1 April 2011 she was elected as member of the Social Responsibility Committee and elected as alternate member of the Credit Committee since 30 May 2011.

Savas Taskent

 Prof. Dr. Savas Taskent has been performing as Board Member of Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. since March 31, 2005. He has been acting as Member of the Audit, Pricing and TRNC Internal Systems Committees of the Bank. He is Head of Major Discipline of Law at Faculty of Business Administration of Istanbul Teknik Universitesi, where he previously served as lecturer in the Department of Law. Prof. Dr. Taskent graduated from the German High School and the School of Law of Istanbul Universitesi with a Bachelors degree. He started his academic career in 1971, as an assistant in the Department of Law of The Faculty of Basic Sciences in Istanbul Teknik Universitesi. After receiving his Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Law of Istanbul Universitesi in 1980, he became Assistant Professor at Istanbul Teknik Universitesi, Faculty of Management Sciences and Engineering in 1982; Associate Professor in the Department of Labor and Social Security Law in 1984, and Professor in 1990, in the same Department. He served as Dean between 1986 and 1992, and Assistant Rector between 1996 and 1998. He had some studies at Erlanger and Heidelberg Universities in 1982 and in 1987. Prof. Dr. Taskent served as an advisor to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security between 1991 and 2000, and attended ILO Conferences in Geneva as the advisor to the Government between 1991 and 2003. He is the author of various articles and publications on Labor Law.

Murat Vulkan

 Mr. Murat Vulkan is Board Member of Turkiye Is Bankasi AS. He is a graduate of the English Language and Literature Department of the Faculty of Social and Administrative Sciences of Hacettepe University. He started his career as a Candidate Officer at Kizilay/Ankara Branch in 1982. He became an Assistant Section Head in 1987, a Sub-Manager in 1993 and an Assistant Manager in 1995 at Ankara Branch.  Mr. Huseyin Yalcin is Board Member of Turkiye Is Bankasi AS. He graduated from the Economics Department of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of Middle East Technical University.
