Name Description
Thody, Graham Mr. Graham C. Thody has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of UEX Corporation with effect from November 1, 2009. He also serves as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Thody has been a Director of UEX since the 2001 inception of the Company as a pure uranium explorer. He has been actively involved in the acquisition and advancement of its exploration and development properties. Mr. Thody is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved in various capacities with Canadian publicly listed companies since 1982. He retired from his role as Managing Partner of Nemeth Thody Anderson, CA in 2007. He has Chaired the Company's Audit Committee since 2001 and in 2007 was elected as Chairman of the Board of UEX.
Zioulas, E. Louie E. Louie Zioulas has been the Vice-President, Finance and Corporate Secretary of UEX Corporation. He was Vice- President, Finance, Pioneer Metals Corporation, Accountant. Nemeth Thody Anderson was prior to July 1, 2005, an Accountant at Davidson & Co., prior to June 2003.

During this time Mr. Eaton also held the position of Manager of U.S. Equity Sales for CIBC World Markets, building its teams in Boston and New York to market the full Canadian products and services of CIBC World Markets. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Eaton worked in New York City where he served as Vice President of Global Mining Sales for Robert Fleming Ltd., a London based Merchant Bank. While at Robert Fleming Ltd., Mr. Eaton's responsibilities included the marketing of global mining and commodity research. Prior to that, Mr. Eaton worked in London, UK and in the United States for a number of investment dealers. Mr. Eaton holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Hull University, UK.
McGrath, Emmet Mr. Emmet McGrath is the Director of UEX Corporation. He is a member of both the Institute of Charter Accountants of British Columbia and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and was an audit partner with KPMG from 1981 to 2002. He has a thorough understanding of the regulatory and statutory reporting requirements of publicly listed companies and is well versed in corporate governance matters, having completed the Directors Education Program offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. McGrath has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of several publicly listed companies in the mining industry. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Westminster Credit Union, the sixth largest credit union in British Columbia.
