Name Description

Mark Eaton

 Mr. Mark P. Eaton is Independent Chairman of the Board of UEX Corp. He is a graduate of Hull University, England and is an experienced investment professional with over 20 years of experience in equity capital markets specializing in the resource sector. He has held the position of Managing Director of Global Mining Sales, a division of CIBC World Markets of Toronto Canada and Manager of U.S. Equity Sales for CIBC World Markets. Mr. Eaton was a Partner and Director of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Ltd., a Toronto-based investment dealer, which he held from January 2007 until he joined the Board of UEX Corporation in March 2008. He is currently the President and CEO of Belo Sun Mining Corp.

Graham Thody

 Mr. Graham C. Thody is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of UEX Corp. He previously served as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Thody has been a Director of UEX since the 2001 inception of the Company as a pure uranium explorer. He has been actively involved in the acquisition and advancement of its exploration and development properties. Mr. Thody is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved in various capacities with Canadian publicly listed companies since 1982. He retired from his role as Managing Partner of Nemeth Thody Anderson, CA in 2007. He has Chaired the Company's Audit Committee since 2001 and in 2007 was elected as Chairman of the Board of UEX.

Edward Boney

 Mr. Edward R. Boney, CA, is Chief Financial Officer of UEX Corp. Mr. Boney is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Distinction) from the University of Victoria as a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining UEX, Mr. Boney held the position of Corporate Controller at Century Mining Corporation ("Century"), a Canadian junior gold mining company with producing mines in Canada and Peru. Previous to working with Century, Mr. Boney was a manager at Deloitte & Touche ("Deloitte") where he supervised the audits of several public companies in the mining and natural resource sector.

R. Sierd Eriks

 Mr. R. Sierd Eriks, P.Geo., is Vice President - Exploration of UEX Corp. He served as Consulting Geologist to February 2007.

Nan Lee

 Ms. Nan H. Lee is Vice-President of Project Development of UEX Corp. Ms. Lee is a graduate of McGill University having received her Bachelor of Engineering in Mining in 1984. She obtained her Master of Science in Geo-environmental Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999. Ms. Lee has worked as a Mining and Project Engineer on several projects located in Canada including both underground and open pit operations, and has also worked with Kilborn Engineering where she assisted with project feasibility studies.

Suraj Ahuja

 Mr. Suraj P. Ahuja is Independent Director of UEX Corp. He serves as is the President of SKAN Consulting Inc., a mineral exploration consulting company in Vancouver, B.C. Prior to this he worked with Cameco and Japanese nuclear companies. He holds a Master of Science, Geology, from the University of Saskatchewan, and has over 40 years of industry experience in the design and management of mineral exploration programs. Mr. Ahuja is familiar with the review and interpretation of financial statements.

Colin Macdonald

 Mr. Colin C. Macdonald is Independent Director of UEX Corp. He holds the position of Vice-President, Exploration, for Cameco Corporation. Cameco Corporation is the uranium producer and is UEX's shareholder. Mr. Macdonald has worked for Cameco Corporation and its predecessor companies since 1981 and is responsible for Cameco's worldwide uranium exploration activities.

Emmet McGrath

 Mr. Emmet McGrath is Independent Director of UEX Corp. He is a member of both the Institute of Charter Accountants of British Columbia and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and was an audit partner with KPMG from 1981 to 2002. He has a thorough understanding of the regulatory and statutory reporting requirements of publicly listed companies and is wellversed in corporate governance matters, having completed the Directors Education Program offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. McGrath currently sits on the Board of Directors of several publicly listed companies in the mining industry. He was formerly the Chairman and is presently a member of the Board of Directors of Westminster Savings Credit Union.
