John Fitzpatrick

Mr. John R. Fitzpatrick, III, is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of US Highland Inc. He has been appointed to the position of President of the Company with effect from October 14, 2011. Mr. Fitzpatrick has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in such companies as Hewlett-Packard, Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycle Company. Mr. Fitzpatrick was instrumental in the opening of Harley-Davidson's manufacturing plant in Kansas City and led its assembly organization from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Fitzpatrick left Harley-Davidson to become the Vice President of Strategy at the reformation of Indian Motorcycles in Gilroy, California and was promoted to president and chief executive officer shortly after joining the company. Mr. Fitzpatrick is a 1978 graduate of the University of Tulsa's Electrical Engineering College and served 12 years as a fighter pilot with Tulsa's 125 Tactical Fighter Squadron graduating Top Gun from the Fighter Weapons Instructor School in 1985. Mr. Fitzpatrick joined the Tulsa Police Reserves I April of 2005. Mr. Fitzpatrick acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from of the University of Tulsa, College of Engineering in 1978.

Cathy Allison

Ms. Cathy S. Allison has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of US Highland Inc., effective November 10, 2011. Ms. Allison has a diversified background in manufacturing in both the technical and leadership areas. Her experiences with site start-ups include General Motors, Ford, PPG Industries, Harley Davidson, and Indian Motorcycle Company. She has experience in engaging employees to drive continuous improvement in the midst of rapid change. From December 2001 to September 2002, Ms. Allison was a business consultant in the Manufacturing Division at Paragon Business Solutions, a business consulting firm which specializes in the building of quality business systems for clients in Rolla, Missouri. As a business consultant, she was responsible for improving the division’s development and manufacturing flow. From September 2002 to May 2007, Ms. Allison was an operations division manager at Brewer Science Inc. in Rolla Missouri. She managed the Equipment Division of the company which included manufacturing, materials, engineering and operating the Quality Systems Units. From May 2007 to October 2008, she was a production planning manager in the Chemical Division at Brewer Science Inc., where Ms. Allison managed the chemical operations global planning, scheduling, purchasing and inventory processes. Since November 2008, Ms. Allison has been a business technology analyst at the Missouri University of Science and Technology-IT Management in Rolla, Missouri. As a business technology analyst she manages multiple IT projects and is the current project manager for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Desktop Management and campus project manager of Cisco Telepresence. In 1985, she acquired a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University in Industrial Management with areas of emphasis in Drafting & Design and Construction. In July 1993, she earned a MBA in Management and Marketing from Rockhurst College, Kansas City, Missouri.

Robert Harris

Mr. Robert Harris has been appointed as Director of US Highland, Inc., effective September 20, 2011. Mr. Harris brings experience, knowledge and knowhow to the registrant's organization. His 17-year automotive industry experience, financial acumen, along with his public/corporate relations, marketing, and promotional experience are positive assets, which also compliment the registrant's vision. Since 2007, Mr. Harris has been a senior financial consultant and regional manager for St. James International, an independent investment consultancy firm headquartered in Malaga Spain. As national manager for the Dominican Republic, Mr. Harris spearheaded the setup, formation, and operations of the registrant's first location in th Dominican Republic. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Harris founded, established and created a sports entertainment organization called Elite Fighting Federation Ltd. where he served as president. Focusing on the promotion of the mixed martial arts, he built and maintained the sports entertainment company. Mr. Harris has experience building relationships wit competitors, managers, corporate partners and provincial Athletic Commissions. Since its inception, Mr. Harris has succeeded in creating brand awareness for Elite and has produced multiple sold-out events, all of which have accomplished PPV broadcasts throughout Canada and the USA. In his previous tenure under the National Fighting Challenge brand, his Canadian events boasted seven consecutive sell-outs and were recognized as a popular networking forum, frequented by some of the city's most businessmen. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Harris served as a customer service consultant for Chrysler Dealers; Maple Ridge Chrysler Ltd., Plimley Dodge Chrysler Ltd. and Marine Chrysler Ltd.

Adrian Lee

Mr. Adrian Lee has been appointed as Director of US Highland Inc., effective October 20, 2011. He is in mechanical engineering and retail sales and has experience in the automotive and tool making industries. His education experience includes an apprenticeship with the world Bridon Group (previously known as British Ropes), located in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, as a tool making engineer. He completed his training and received his certificate in May 1985 and continued his employment with Bridon Group until July 1986. Mr. Lee was accepted into Majesty’s Royal Navy Forces as a Clearance Diver and served for six years until August 1992. Since completing his military services, he worked in the tool making industry, serving in various engineering and sales management positions. From January 2003 to December 2006, he served as a Commercial Sales Director of Stonacre Automotive Dealership located in Donaster, Yorkshire, United Kingdom. In December 2006, he founded his own automotive dealership called Prestigious Motorcar Retail Company, also located in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, which focused on restoration of vintage cars.
