Michael Scholz

Mr. Michael C. Scholz has been re-designated as Chairman of the Board of the Company., effective May 11, 2015. He is no longer Chairman of the Board of Uniserve Communications Corporation., with effect from 22 October 2014. Mr. Scholz is an Independent Businessman, Chairman, and Director, AM Gold Inc. (formerly Acero-Martin Exploration Inc.); Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director, CMC Metals Ltd.; Chief Financial Officer and Director, Fibre- Crown Manufacturing Inc.

Hashim Mitha

Mr. Hashim Mitha is a President, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Uniserve Communications Corp. He is a high tech and venture capital executive with experience in early stage corporate strategic development, financing and operations. He has worked with both private sector and publicly listed companies in various industries from e-learning, healthcare, social media application development to fiber optic network provision.

Mr. Munn is also working closely with the Company's recently formed Uniserve Security Integration Division and is responsible for the implementation of the division's business plan and operational success.

Earnest Beaudin

Mr. Earnest C. Beaudin has been appionted as an Independent Director of Uniserve Communications Corp., with effect from March 8, 2011. Mr. Beaudin is a lawyer and since 1969 has been and currently is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada. He was one of the founding partners of Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang, a law firm in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Beaudin left the law firm and private law practice in 1986 to become and currently is the President, General Counsel and CEO of Decker Management Ltd. Decker Management is primarily involved in the purchase, redevelopment, construction, ownership and operation of seniors' care facilities and commercial and residential development and construction in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. Since 2002, Mr. Beaudin has been a Director of Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (publically traded on the TSX) and currently is the Lead Director and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee. He was a Director of Avcorp Industries from June 2004 to June 2009.
