Grossblatt, Harvey Mr. Harvey B. Grossblatt is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Universal Security Instruments, Inc. He has been a Director of the Company since 1996. He served as Chief Financial Officer from October 1983 through August 2004, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company from September 1988 through August 2004, and Chief Operating Officer from April 2003 through August 2004. Mr. Grossblatt was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2004.
Huff, James Mr. James B. Huff is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer of Universal Security Instruments, Inc. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2004 and Secretary and Treasurer in October 2004. From December 2003 until August 2004, Mr. Huff was controller of Essex Corporation, a Columbia, Maryland based public company which provides intelligence engineering services to federal government agencies. From August 2002 until November 2003, Mr. Huff served as chief financial officer of Computer Temporaries, Inc., Lanham, Maryland; from August 2000 until July 2002, he was chief financial officer of HLM Architects and Engineering, Inc., a Charlotte, North Carolina based public company; and from January 1990 until November 1999, Mr. Huff was chief financial officer of RMF Engineering, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland.
Luskin, Cary Mr. Cary Luskin is an Independent Director of Universal Security Instruments, Inc. He has been in the retail electronic business since 1978. Since 1998, Mr. Luskin has been President of The Big Screen Store, Inc., a chain of large-screen television retail stores.
Seff, Ronald Dr. Ronald A. Seff, M.D. is an Independent Director of Universal Security Instruments, Inc. He has been in the private practice of ophthalmology since 1977. From 1977 until 1998, Dr. Seff practiced with, and was a senior executive of, a large medical practice with four offices in Maryland.
Bormel, Ira Mr. Ira F. Bormel was appointed by the Board of Universal Security Instruments, Inc. on July 24, 2008 to serve the remaining portion of Dr. Howard B.
