Name Description

Panu Routila

 Mr. Panu Routila has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vacon Oyj since March 26, 2013. He has been Member of the Company's Board since 2010. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ahlstrom Capital Oy. He has served as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. Earlier in his carrier, he served as Managing Director of Alteams Oy, a Kuusakoski Group company from 2002 to 2007, and as Director of Outokumpu Copper's Drawn Products division from 1995 to 2002. He also held various managerial positions at Partek from 1986 to 1995. Mr. Routila is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enics AG, Elbi Elektrik and AC Cleantech Management Oy. In addition, he serves as Member of the Board of Directors of A&R Carton AB and Ripasso Energy AB. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics.

Vesa Laisi

 Mr. Vesa Laisi serves Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Executive Management Team of Vacon Oyj. He was appointed President of the Company on July 1, 2002. He has been Chairman of the Company's Executive Management Team since 2002. Prior to that, he was Director, Sales and Marketing of Vaisala Corporation (from 2000 to 2002). Heikki Hiltunen

 Mr. Heikki Hiltunen has served as Executive Vice President of Market Operations of Vacon Oyj since January 5, 2012. Mika Vehvilainen

 Mr. Mika Vehvilainen has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Vacon Oyj since March 27, 2012 and as Member of the Board of Directors in the Company since 2009. He also serves as Member of the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Mr. Vehvilainen is Chief Executive Officer of Finnair Oyj. Pia Aaltonen-Forsell

 Ms. Pia Aaltonen-Forsell has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Management Team of Vacon Oyj, effective as of no later than May 1, 2013. She joined the Company from Stora Enso, where she has held several managing positions in finance and control including Senior Vice President (SVP) Group Controller, and her latest position as SVP Finance, Information Technology (IT) and Mergers & Acquisitions, Building and Living Business Area. Jukka Kasi

 Mr. Jukka Kasi has served as Executive Vice President Product Operations of Vacon Oyj since January 5, 2012. He has also been Member of the Company’s Executive Management Team since 1997. He was Vice President of Corporate Development in the Company from January 12, 2009 until January 5, 2012. He is also Vice President of Vacon Drives Finland. He was also Managing Director of Vacon Suzhou Drives Co. Ltd (from 2006 to 2008). Tuula Hautamaki

 Ms. Tuula Hautamaki has served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Vacon Oyj since January 5, 2012. She has also been Member of the Company's Executive Management Team since 2000. She was Vice President of Human Resources, Information Technology and Process Development of the Company from January 1, 2004 until January 5, 2012. She also served as Vice President of Process Development of the Company between 2000 and January 1, 2004. Ms. Hautamaki joined Vacon in 2000.  Mr. Sebastian Linko has served as Secretary of Executive Management Team and Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Vacon Oyj since January 5, 2012. He has been employed by the Company since 2008. Pekka Ahlqvist

 Mr. Pekka Ahlqvist has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Vacon Oyj since 2004.
