Riccardo Bonacina

Mr. Riccardo Bonacina serves as Chairman of the Board and Editorial Director of Vita Societa Editoriale SpA. He was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Company on April 28, 2010. He graduated in Italian Literature from Universita degli Studi di Milano. He has been a Journalist since 1985. In 1990 he joined Fininvest as Chief Editor for News. From April 1991 to 1994, he served at Rai. In October 1994, he founded and managed Vita a weekly magazine dedicated to the no profit sector and to the social responsibility. He is designer, author and host of several radio programs on Radio Uno and on Radio 24. In 2004 he created Vitachannel, a weekly program on web Television and Senza Fini di Lucro, a weekly program on SKY TG24. In 1994 he was awarded the Aicrt award and the Navicella award. In July 2000 he was awarded the Il Premiolino award and in July 2005 he awarded the Colomba d'oro per la pace award. He also serves as Director of Vita Consulting Srl.

Paolo Migliavacca

Mr. Paolo Ottone Migliavacca has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Vita Societa Editoriale SpA since May 6, 2010. Prior to his appointment he served as General Manager and Director of the Company as from April 28, 2010 and as General Manager of the Company as from January 2010. He graduated in Business Economics from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan and obtained a Ph.D. in Management from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. Stefano Granata

Mr. Stefano Davide Granata was appointed Director of Vita Societa Editoriale SpA on September 26, 2012. He has worked since 1988 as an educator and coordinator of services for inclusive education of children with disabilities at the cooperative Open Space Services in Milan and then as head of human resources and education services. From 1996 to 2006 he served in the same cooperative as Director and President. Since 2005 he is Chairman of the Consortium of social cooperatives System Social Enterprises of Milan.
