Name Description

Richard Mark

 Mr. Richard J. Mark is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of VMS Ventures Inc. He has an experience in the public market place. His leadership positions in various organizations provides the company with experience in developing short and long term corporate goals, securing financings, building cost-effective property development plans, creating effective communication platforms and managing regulatory functions. He is also the CEO and Chair of Harvest Gold Corporation (HVG-TSX.V), a December 2005 "spin off" of Rare Earth Metals Corp, and is the President and CEO of Pancontinental Uranium Corp. (PUC-TSX.V).

John Roozendaal

 Mr. John Arthur Roozendaal is President, Director of VMS Ventures Inc. He has been Director since May 11, 2000. He is the founding director of VMS Ventures Inc. He has been involved with the mineral exploration industry for over 15 years, focusing on precious, base and specialty metals projects in North America. Of particular significance were exploration programs for nickel in the Thompson Nickel Belt of Manitoba and for high-grade shear-hosted gold in the Yellowknife gold camp. He also has experience with various aspects of corporate governance through his involvement with private and public boards of directors.

Cheryl Messier

 Ms. Cheryl Messier is Chief Financial Officer, Director of VMS Ventures Inc. Ms. Cheryl has over fifteen years of experience in finance, in the last five years working as CFO or controller in various public companies. During this time she has been involved with mergers, acquisitions, consolidated system implementations, investment committees and has had all round involvement in maintaining and strengthening internal controls. Cheryl possesses cash management experience having gained experience working in the offshore sector. She has completed her 4th level CGA program and is responsible for maintaining and strengthening internal controls and financial reporting for the Company.

Neil Richardson

 Mr. Neil W. Richardson has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of VMS Ventures Inc., effective October 1, 2010. Mr. Richardson has over 22 years experience in mineral exploration and mining operations of base metal and precious metal deposits throughout Canada. Mr. Richardson was most recently the Manager of Exploration for Murgor Resources Inc. During his tenure, Murgor generated three projects to National Instrument 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates. Mr. Richardson also worked with upper management at Murgor in project generation and process discipline. Prior to joining Murgor in 2006, Mr. Richardson worked for HudBay Minerals Inc. as a Senior Exploration Geologist responsible for greenfield and brownfield projects in the Flin Flon - Snow Lake area. He was part of a team that discovered a number of new mineralized zones throughout the belt. He also has past experience as a Senior Mine Geologist with background in resource - reserve estimations and operations. Mr. Richardson graduated from Cambrian College in 1988, with a Geological Engineering Technology diploma. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba.

Mark Fedikow

 Dr. Mark Fedikow has been appointed as Vice President - Exploration and Technical Services, Director of VMS Ventures Inc. Dr. Fedikow is a native of Windsor, Ont., where he graduated with an honours BSc in geology and an MSc in geophysics and geochemistry. Subsequently, he received a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada scholarship and completed a PhD in exploration geochemistry at the school of applied geology, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. During his 30-year career, Dr. Fedikow has worked for a variety of junior and mining exploration companies and for the Manitoba Geological Survey as chief geologist of the mineral deposits section. In 2001, he received the Provincial Geologists gold medal, a Canadian national award for excellence in the geosciences. In 2002, Dr. Fedikow left the Manitoba Geological Survey to start his own company (Mount Morgan Resources Ltd.). In April, 2008, the company announced that Dr. Fedikow joined the VMS Ventures management team as vice-president of technical services.

Evan Sleeman

 Mr. Evan Sleeman is Corporate Secretary, Director of VMS Ventures Inc. He has been involved in the mineral exploration industry for 42 years. During his career, he has held the position of president and founder of a number of public companies including Arizona Star Resources Corp. Mr. Sleeman has experience in field exploration, property negotiation and corporate governance.

Jay Butterworth

 Mr. Jay Dea Butterworth is Independent Director of VMS Ventures Inc. since October 24, 2001. He has experience in mineral exploration and property acquisition in Canada and the Western United States, and has been involved with public companies for over 40 years.

Donald Whalen

 Mr. Donald Alexander Whalen is an Independent Director of VMS Ventures Inc. Mr. Whalen graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto in 1964 and is currently a self-employed consultant. He was Executive Chair and a Director of High River Gold Mines from June 1992 to September 2008 and Executive Vice-President of High River Gold Mines Ltd. from September to December 2008. Before joining High River, he held numerous marketing, technical and management positions over a 29 year career with IBM Canada Ltd. In addition, Mr. Whalen has been active in promoting Canadian-Russian business investment and trade relations and, until 2008, held the position of Chair of the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) and was Co-Chair of the Canada Russia Business Council. Mr. Whalen is also Director and Chair of the audit committees for Pancontinental Uranium Corporation and Roscan Minerals Corporation.
