Lowell McAdam	Mr. Lowell C. McAdam serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Verizon Communications Inc. Mr. McAdam became Chief Executive Officer on August 1, 2011 and Chairman on January 1, 2012. From October 2010 until becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. McAdam served as President and Chief Operating Officer and had responsibility for the operations of the Company’s network-based businesses–Verizon Wireless and Verizon Telecom and Business–as well as Verizon’s shared services operations. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. McAdam held key executive positions at Verizon Wireless from its inception in 2000. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon Wireless from 2007 until October 2010, and before that served as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Before the formation of Verizon Wireless, Mr. McAdam held executive positions with PrimeCo Personal Communications, a joint venture owned by Bell Atlantic and Vodafone AirTouch, AirTouch Communications and Pacific Bell. Mr. McAdam has served as a Director of Verizon since March 2011. Mr. McAdam has been a member of the Board of Representatives of Verizon Wireless since 2003 and has served as its Chairman since September 2010.

Randal Milch	Mr. Randal S. Milch serves as Executive Vice President - Public Policy, General Counsel of Verizon Communications Inc. He was general counsel at Verizon Business. He began his career with Verizon when he joined Bell Atlantic in 1993. Prior to this assignment, he was senior vice president and deputy general counsel for Verizon, responsible for the legal staffs supporting Verizon's domestic telecom business and state regulatory efforts. Before the merger of Bell Atlantic and GTE, he was associate general counsel at Bell Atlantic with oversight of state regulatory matters in New York and New England. Milch supervised all state regulatory litigation, including litigation arising under the Telecommunications Act of 1996, and he was responsible for all state legal aspects of gaining long-distance authority in New York, the first such regulatory relief in the nation. He previously served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of Bell Atlantic-Maryland Inc. Immediately prior to joining Bell Atlantic, he was a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine. He holds a J.D. from New York University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
Roy Chestnutt	Mr. Roy H. Chestnutt serves as Executive Vice President - Strategy, Development and Planning of Verizon Communications Inc. He was president of Verizon Telecom, an organization that delivered telephone, Internet and entertainment services, including FiOS, to millions of residential and small business customers across 25 states and the District of Columbia. From 2005 to 2007, Mead was president of Verizon Services Operations, responsible for managing finance operations, real estate and supply chain services for all Verizon companies.
