Name Description

Paul Walker

Mr. Paul Ashton Walker has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Wandisco PLC., effective March 20, 2014. He served as Chief Executive Officer of The Sage Group Plc from 1994 to 2010. Paul joined Sage as Company Accountant in 1984 and served as its Finance Director from 1987 until 1994. Paul has been a non-executive director of Experian plc since June 2010. He has also served as non-executive Chairman of Perform plc since 2011 and as non-executive director and Chairman of Halma plc since April 2013. Paul is Chair of the Newcastle Science City Partnership and a director of the Entrepreneurs' Forum. He previously served as a non-executive director of Diageo plc and MyTravel plc.

David Richards

Mr. David James Richards is Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, Director of Wandisco PLC. He is CEO, President and co-founder of WANdisco and has quickly established WANdisco as one of the world’s most promising technology companies. Since co-founding the Company in Silicon Valley in 2005, David has led WANdisco on a course for rapid international expansion, opening offices in the UK, Japan and China. David spearheaded the acquisition of AltoStor, which accelerated the development of WANdisco’s first products for the big data market. The majority of WANdisco’s core technology is now produced out of the Company’s flourishing software development base in David’s hometown of Sheffield, England, and in Belfast, Northern Ireland. David has become recognised as a champion of British technology and entrepreneurship. With over 15 years’ executive experience in the software industry, David sits on a number of advisory and executive boards of Silicon Valley start-up ventures. A passionate advocate of entrepreneurship, he has established start-up companies in enterprise software and integration and its standards. David is a frequent commentator on a range of business and technology issues, appearing regularly on Bloomberg and CNBC. Profiles of David have appeared in a range of publications including the Financial Times, the Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail. David holds a BSc degree in computer science from the Universi ty of Huddersfield, England.

James Campigli

Mr. James Milton Campigli is Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Director of Wandisco PLC. He has over 25 years of software industry experience at both early-stage and public companies. In his current role James is responsible for WANdisco’s marketing activities. In his previous role as a founder and chief technology officer (CTO) of Librados, an application integration software provider, James was responsible for overall product strategy and product messaging. James was also a member of the management team that led the company’s acquisition by NetManage, Inc. Following its acquisition, James joined NetManage as CTO for the Librados products group. Prior to Librados, James was the vice president of product management for Insevo, a middleware company specializing in enterprise application integration. James also held senior product management, product marketing and consulting management positions at BEA Systems and SAP AG. James holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Paul Harrison

Mr. Paul Scott Harrison has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Director of WANdisco PLC., effective September 1, 2013. He joins WANdisco from The Sage Group plc ("Sage") .He spent over 16 yearswith the Sage Group PLC , the UK’s largest software business and a member of FTSE 100 and global provider of business management software to small and medium sized companies. Mr Harrison joined Sage in 1997 from Price Waterhouse to become Group Financial Controller. He joined the Board of Sage in April 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. In May 2007, he was appointed to the Board of Hays plc one of the world’s largest specialist recruiters as a Non-Executive Director and, in November 2011, became its Senior Independent non-executive director. He also chairs Hays’ remuneration committee.A chartered accountant, Paul’s earlier career was spent in professional practice, latterly with PwC where he was a senior manager.

Peter Scott

Mr. Peter John Scott is Vice President - Worldwide Sales of Wandisco PLC. He has over 10 years of direct sales and sales management experience in both early stage startup and mature public technology companies. Prior to WANdisco, Peter was a member of the sales management team at Empirix's Web Business Unit, which was acquired by Oracle. Prior to Empirix, he was part of the sales management team at Vecta Software, a CRM and Business Intelligence software vendor. He began his career with Sales Dynamics a sales and marketing consulting company, helping early stage venture backed technology companies establish sales processes that enabled them to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Prior to his career in technology sales, Peter spent six years in the British Army with the Royal Engineers. He was awarded the accumulated campaign service medal for serving over 1000 days in Northern Ireland.

Richard Fletcher

Dr. Richard Fletcher, Ph.D. has been appointed as Vice President - Worldwide Engineering of WANdisco Plc., with effect from August 28, 2013. He joins WANdisco from British Telecom where he was CIO of BT Conferencing, British Telecom's teleconferencing division. Mr. Fletcher will lead WANdisco's engineering team in developing the company's Big Data and ALM applications to accommodate the rapidly growing Hadoop, Subversion, and Git markets. Prior to BT, Mr. Fletcher served as COO of voice and communications services provider Ribbit, which was acquired by BT. Before Ribbit, he was COO of award-winning broadband and telecommunications provider PlusNet, where he was part of a team that doubled the company's customer base and revenue in less than two years. Mr. Fletcher has his BA in Politics from the University of Sheffield.

Ian Duncan

Mr. Ian Barnet Duncan is Non-Executive Independent Director of Wandisco PLC. He was group finance director of Royal Mail Holdings plc from 2006 to 2010. Prior to Royal Mail Holdings plc, Ian served for eight years as chief financial officer and senior vice president of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Pennsylvania, US. Between 1993 and 1998 Ian was at British Nuclear Fuels plc latterly as corporate finance director. Prior to this Ian was an associate director at Lloyds Merchant Bank Limited and a manager at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Limited. Ian qualified as a chartered accountant at Deloitte and Touche in 1985. Ian is currently a non-executive director and Chair of the audit commit tee at Babcock International Group plc, Fiberweb plc and the Mouchel Group.
