Northgrave, Brian Mr. Brian Northgrave has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. Mr. Northgrave holds an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, a Diploma of Business Administration from the London School of Economics and has been a director Wesdome since 2007, having been a director of Western Quebec Mines since 2004.
Pollitt, Donovan Mr. Donovan Pollitt has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. Mr. Pollitt has been a Director of Wesdome since 2006. Mr. Donovan Pollitt had served as Vice President - Corporate Development of Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. He holds a BASc in Mining Engineering from the University of Toronto. Donovan has worked in both exploration geology and underground production environments ranging from Sudbury to South Africa. As VP Corporate Development, Mr. Donovan has been working on Investor Relations and Internal Control. Mr. Donovan is also the Compliance Officer of Wesdome Gold Mines.
Laplante, Benoit Mr. Benoit Laplante serves as Vice President - Operations of Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. since 2004 having served as Assistant Mine Manager at the Eagle River Mine. Prior to being with the company Mr. Laplante was Mine Manager at the Beaufor Mine and the principal engineer for the pre-feasibility study at Casa Berardi for Aurizon Mines. Benoit brings over 25 years of underground mining experience to the position. Mr. Laplante is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique with a B.Sc and MScA in mining engineering and mining optimization, respectively.

Blais, Marc Mr. Marc Blais serves as Director of Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. He is the President of Inter A World Mining, is a certified public accountant and was on the board of Old Wesdome from 1993 until the Merger. From 1988 to 1993 he worked as senior CGA and as a financial planner and consultant. Earlier on in his career he worked as an accountant in various assignments.
Jolicoeur, Roger Mr. Roger W. Jolicoeur serves as Director of Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. He is a graduate from a technical school in 1965. He started in mining in gold ore processing in the maintenance crew for a few years, then into operations as plant superintendent. For the last 10 years he has been the president of RWJ Mining Consulting over the world, in ore processing, building and commissioning plants.

He has taught both political science and law at York University and practices law in the areas of civil litigation and labour relations.

He has more than 30 years of investment, financial and operating management experience in both large company environments and small, rapidly growing companies. Prior to joining Digital Realty, he provided turnaround management advice to both public and private companies. He received a B.A. degree from Princeton University, a J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. degree with distinction from the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Sawh is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Crystallex International Corporation (“Crystallex”), a mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Sawh is a Chartered Accountant, and holds an MBA degree in Accounting from York University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma in Geology from McGill University. Mr. Sawh has over 16 years of accounting and auditing experience at Grant Thornton LLP, culminating in the position of Principal, where he acted as lead supervisor for auditing teams of businesses with a concentration in publicly-listed mining companies. Mr. Sawh also served as CFO for Goldbelt Resources Ltd for up to two years prior to joining Crystallex.
