| Herrmann, Henry | Mr. Henry J. Herrmann has been Chief Executive Officer of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. since May 2005, a Director since March 1998 and has also been appionted as Chairman of the Board. Previously, he served as President of the Company from March 1998 to May 2005 and as Chief Investment Officer from March 1987 to May 2005. He is also a director and President of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Group of Mutual Funds, Ivy Funds, Inc., W&R Target Funds, Inc. and Waddell & Reed InvestEd Portfolios, Inc. and a Trustee and President of the Ivy Funds portfolios, all of which are mutual funds managed by the Company. He joined the Company in March 1971. Mr. Herrmann's term on the Board expires in 2010. |
