| Kahn, Brian | Mr. Brian Randall Kahn is Chairman of the Board of White Electronic Designs Corporation since July 2009. He joined the company's Board in February 2009 and is currently a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating and Compensation Committees. He founded and has served as the investment manager of Caiman Partners L.P. (“Caiman”) and the managing member of the general partner of Caiman’s general partner, Caiman Capital GP, L.P., since their inception in August 2003. He founded and has served as the investment manager of Kahn Capital Management, LLC (“KCM”) since 1998. Caiman and KCM focus on public and private market investments in consumer, manufacturing and defense industries. Additionally, he serves as director of a private company. Mr. Kahn graduated cum laude and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University. |
