Donald Williams	Mr. Donald A. Williams serves as an Independent Chairman of the Board of Westfield Financial Inc. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2005 and also serves on the Executive Committee. Mr. Williams previously served as President of Westfield Savings Bank and Westfield Financial until 2005, and as Chief Executive Officer until 2008. Mr. Williams has been in the banking industry since 1972. Mr. Williams received an undergraduate degree in business, emphasis on finance and insurance, from Northeastern University and a graduate degree in accounting from Western New England College.
James Hagan	Mr. James C. Hagan serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Westfield Financial Inc. He has served as Westfield Financial’s Chief Executive Officer since December 31, 2008 and as President of Westfield Financial and Westfield Bank since June 2005. Mr. Hagan serves on the Executive Committee. Mr. Hagan served as Chief Operating Officer of Westfield Financial and Westfield Bank from June 2005 until December 2008. Prior to that, he held the positions of Senior Vice President, Vice President and Commercial Loan Department Manager of Westfield Bank, and as a commercial lender and manager at other New England based banking institutions. Victor Carra	Mr. Victor J. Carra serves as an Independent Director of Westfield Financial Inc. He has served as a Director since 1995, and also serves on the Audit Committee. He served as Executive Vice President of Westfield Bank from 1998 through 2005, and as Executive Vice President of Westfield Financial, Inc., from its inception in 2001 until 2005. Mr. Carra served in many capacities during his employment with Westfield Bank, and utilizes his knowledge and experiences to contribute to Board operations and company structural and governance decisions. He is a graduate of Western New England College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Carra also received a Master of Business Administration from Western New England College.
