Hubert Marleau

 Mr. Hubert R. Marleau is Interim Chief Executive Officer, Director of Woulfe Mining Corp. He has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective March 13, 2013. Mr. Marleau is president and director of Palos Capital Corp. With 30 years of experience in the business and financial community, Mr. Marleau has raised funds privately and publicly, for hundreds of emerging and mature companies, structured many mergers and acquisitions, and designed and created numerous financial deals in Canada. He has worked at the executive level of several investment banks, including Nesbitt Thomson Inc. and Levesque Beaubien Inc., in addition to his own firm, Marleau Lemire Inc. Throughout his career, Mr. Marleau has been a board member for multiple publicly traded companies, governor of the Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver Stock Exchanges, and director of the Investment Dealer Association of Canada.

Mark Gelmon

 Mr. Mark N. Gelmon is Chief Financial Officer of Woulfe Mining Corp. Mr. Gelmon is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. He has served as an auditor, director, chief financial officer, corporate controller and accountant for several public and private companies.

Ned Goodman

 Mr. Ned Goodman has been appointed as Director of Woulfe Mining Corp effective February 4, 2013. Mr. Goodman is president and chief executive officer of Dundee Corp. and president and chief executive officer of Goodman Investment Counsel Inc. He is a geologist, a chartered financial analyst, a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, and is widely recognized as one of Canada's most prominent and mining sector financiers.

David Constable

 Mr. David W. Constable is an Independent Director of Woulfe Mining Corp. He received his BSc (Hons.) Geology from Mount Allison University and MBA (Hons.) from Laurentian University. He has 40 years Canadian and international exploration and development experience, including managing his own geological consulting firm for more than a decade. Since 1996, Mr. Constable has provided investor relations services to international and Canadian mining companies, including Normandy Mining Limited and FNX Mining Company Inc. He is Chairman of U3O8 Corp. and a director of Sandspring Resources Ltd, Tiger Resources Limited , IMX Resources Limited, and Rockcliff Resources Inc.

John Icke

 Mr. John Icke is an Independent Director of Woulfe Mining Corp. He has been the president and chief operating officer of Resinco Capital Partners (formerly Longview Capital Partners) since January, 2008. Mr. Icke has 25 years global management experience in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining Resinco, he was a principal of JRI Strategy Consultants Inc. and, prior to that, president of Accenture Business Services for Utilities. His previous positions include: president and chief executive officer of Lily Cups Inc.; founding director and chairman of the Canadian Polystyrene Recycling Association; corporate vice-president and general manager of Indigo N.V.'s worldwide packaging business; and chief operating officer and executive vice-president of Sweetheart Cup, a subsidiary of Fort Howard.
