Mr. Thomas F. Huntington is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of WaterFurnace Renewable Energy Inc. Mr. Huntington continued to run that Group under Johnson Controls. Prior to being named President at York Unitary Products Group, Tom served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Bristol Compressors. From 1992 through 1995 Mr. Huntington helped grow Evcon/Coleman Industries from $35 million to $150 million in sales at which time the Company was acquired by York International. Huntington continued as General Manager of Evcon Industries under York until 1997. He was the past Chairman of the Gas Appliance Manufacturer's Association (GAMA) and was involved in the consolidation of the industry's two governing bodies (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute and Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association). He is currently on the Planning Board of the resulting consolidated organization, The Air Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). He is also on the board of NATE (North American Technician Excellence) the industry's testing and certification organization for service technician training. Mr. Huntington holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Upon graduation he completed a two year Manufacturing Management Training Program with General Electric before going on for a Master of Science in Engineering Administration from Syracuse University. Mr. Fred Andriano is Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary of WaterFurnace Renewable Energy, Inc. Mr. Andriano was hired as Chief Financial Officer in September 2005. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of a private investment company and has been employed in senior financial management and operations management positions with Uniroyal, Inc. and Dreyers Grand Ice Creams. |

Mr. Herb Batrouny has been appointed as Senior Vice President - Asia Pacific Operations of WaterFurnace Renewable Energy Inc with effect from August 10, 2012. Mr. Batrouny comes to WaterFurnace from Johnson Controls Inc., where he served as vice-president of unitary supply chain. Prior to that, he held progressive positions at York International that included the role of general manager for the residential unitary division, a multiplant $600-million business. Mr. Batrouny began his career with Boeing, negotiating military contracts after graduating from Wichita State University with a bachelor of science in accounting. |

Mr. Kevin Wu has been appointed as Director - Engineering, Asian Operations of WaterFurnace Renewable Energy Inc with effect from Augst 10, 2012. Mr. Wu's involvement with the HVACR industry spans more than 30 years with much of his career spent at Bristol Compressors. At Bristol, Mr. Wu gained experience dealing with Asian markets while managing the company's China office. Mr. Wu holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Mexico, has completed executive courses on advanced industrial marketing at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai and is a licensed professional engineer. |
