Name	Description
Emmanuel Hernandez	Mr. Emmanuel T. Hernandez, CPA, has been appointed as Independent Chairman of the Board of Sunedison Inc.(formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.), effective January 1, 2013. From April 2005 to November 2008, Mr. Hernandez served as the Chief Financial Officer of SunPower Corporation. He retired as Chief Financial Officer of SunPower in November 2008, but continued in a transition role at SunPower until January 2009. Prior to April 2005, Mr. Hernandez served for more than 11 years as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for Cypress Semiconductor, having joined that company in 1993 as its Corporate Controller. Prior to that, Mr. Hernandez held various financial positions with National Semiconductor Corporation from 1976 through 1993. Mr. Hernandez currently serves on the board of directors of ON Semiconductor Corp., a public company listed on the NYSE, Aruba Networks, a public company listed on NASDAQ, and EnStorage, Inc., a private storage systems company.
Ahmad Chatila	Mr. Ahmad R. Chatila is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Sunedison Inc.(formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.), since March 2, 2009. Prior to joining MEMC, Mr. Chatila served as Executive Vice President, Memory and Imaging Division of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, a semiconductor design and manufacturing company listed on NASDAQ, from July 2005 to February 2009. Brian Wuebbels	Mr. Brian Wuebbels is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Sunedison Inc.(formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.), since May 16, 2012. Previously, Mr. Wuebbels served as MEMC's Vice President and General Manager – Balance of System Products. At MEMC, he has also served as Vice President, Solar Wafer Manufacturing, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Vice President Operations Finance. Dr. Sadasivam has been the Senior Vice President, Research and Development since July 2002. In October 2009, he was also named the Executive Vice President of Semiconductors. Carlos Domenech	Mr. Carlos Domenech is Executive Vice President of Sunedison Inc.(formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.). and President of SunEdison Capital, a subsidiary of the company. Mr. Domenech joined MEMC as Executive Vice President and President of SunEdison in connection with the SunEdison acquisition, which was completed in November 2009. Prior to joining SunEdison, Mr. Domenech served as Chief Financial Officer at Universal Pictures’ International Entertainment, where he led its integration with NBC, from 2004 to 2007. Bradley Kohn	Mr. Bradley D. Kohn is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Sunedison Inc.(formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.). Mr. Kohn served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from September 2005 until October 2009 when he was promoted to Senior Vice President. Prior to joining MEMC, from March 2000 until September 2005, Mr. Kohn was with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP (formerly Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP) in its Palo Alto office, most recently as a partner in the Corporate Securities Group.
David Ranhoff	Mr. David A. Ranhoff is Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing of Sunedison Inc.(formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.). Mr. Ranhoff joined MEMC as a result of the acquisition of Solaicx in July 2010, where he was the former President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ranhoff worked at Solaicx from May 2009 to July 2010. Prior to Solaicx, Mr. Ranhoff served as an Advisor and member of the board of directors of Spirox Corporation, a publicly traded semiconductor capital equipment, solar and services provider based in Taiwan from January 2007 to April 2009. Prior to that role, Mr. Ranhoff worked for 20 years at Credence Systems, provider of automatic test equipment for the semiconductor industry, including as Chief Operating Officer and most recently as Chief Executive Officer.
Vijayan Chinnasami	Mr. Vijayan S. Chinnasami is Senior Vice President - Solar Materials of Sunedison Inc.(formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.). Mr. Chinnasami joined MEMC in August 2010 and became MEMC's Senior Vice President, Solar Materials on May 16, 2012. Previously, Mr. Chinnasami served as Vice President of MEMC's module business unit. His current responsibilities include the executive management of the polysilicon, wafer, cell and module businesses. Prior to joining MEMC, Mr. Chinnasami served as Senior Vice President over the Industrial Business Unit at Johnson Electric Hong Kong from 2008 to 2009. From March 2, 2009 to June 12, 2009, Mr. Turner served as MEMC's Interim SVP of Business and Strategic Development. Previously, Mr. Turner served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dupont Photomasks, Inc. from June 2003 through April 2005 (when it was acquired by Toppan Printing Company, Ltd.), and President and Chief Executive Officer of that company through May 2006. Mr. Turner is also a member of the board of directors of Xilinx, Inc., a digital programmable logic company listed on NASDAQ, and the AllianceBernstein Funds, a group of 32 mutual funds advised by AllianceBernstein LP, a global investment management firm. Mr. Turner has over 10 years experience as a CEO of companies with international manufacturing facilities, suppliers and customers, and 20 years experience as a venture capital fund partner or principal. He has served as a board member of 22 public or private software, electronics, biotechnology, computer, telecommunication, consumer product, and education companies.
James Williams	Mr. James B. Williams is Independent Director of Sunedison Inc.(formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.), since 2003. Mr. Williams is a Partner of TPG Capital (formerly Texas Pacific Group), a privately held investment firm. Mr. Williams joined Texas Pacific Group in February 1999. Mr. Williams also is a member of the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Williams is a former chief executive responsible for strategic and operational leadership and results of a health care business. Mr. Zwirn is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Service Division of Siemens AG, with regional responsibility for the overall Energy Sector in the Americas.
