Mr. Logan B. Anderson is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Director of Wolverine Minerals Corp. Mr. Anderson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company since August 2006. He was formerly President of the Company from June 2004 to August 2006. He has been the Principal and the President of Amteck Financial Corp. (and its predecessor, Amteck Financial Services Company), a private financial consulting company, since 1993 and President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Manado gold Corp., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, since March 2012. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Otago University, New Zealand, with a Bachelors Degree of Commerce in Accounting and Economics (1977). From 1977 to 1982, Mr. Anderson was employed as an associate chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in New Zealand (1977 to 1980) and Canada (1980 to 1982). From 1982 to 1992, Mr. Anderson was comptroller of Corhart Management Group Inc., a management services company which was responsible for the management of a number of private and publicly traded companies. Mr. Anderson has also been the President and a principal of Amteck Financial Corp. (and its predecessor, Amteck Financial Services Company), a private financial consulting services company, since 1993. Over the years, Mr. Anderson has also acted as a director and/or officer of a number of publicly traded companies, including PLC Systems, Inc. and 3D Systems Inc. |

Mr. John Douglas Blanchflower, P.Geo., is Vice President - Exploration, Director of Wolverine Minerals Corp. Mr. Blanchflower is a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. Prior to founding Minorex Consulting Ltd. in 1982, he worked for several mineral exploration companies. Since then, he has implemented, supervised and managed gold-silver, uranium and base metal exploration programs throughout North and South America and Asia. He is currently a director of Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. and an officer of Strike Graphite Corp. Mr. Blanchflower is a graduate of Economic Geology with a Bachelor of Science, Honours Geology degree from the University of British Columbia in 1971. |

Mr. Burnett presently serves on the board of directors of the following public companies: Garibaldi Resources Corp., a junior gold exploration company focusing on projects in Mexico; and Marifil Mines Limited, a junior metals exploration company focused in Argentina. Mr. Malcolm F. Clay CPA., is Independent Director of Wolverine Minerals Corp. Mr. Clay was a partner of KPMG, Chartered Accountants, for 27 years. As a public accountant, he served as lead audit or concurring partner for public companies listed on AMEX, NYSE and the Canadian stock exchanges. Mr. Clay was Partner in Charge of the Vancouver Audit Practice of KPMG for 10 years. In 1997, he was elected non-executive chairman of KPMG Canada. Mr. Clay retired from his career at KPMG in 2002 and since then, has served as a consultant and advisor to numerous public and private companies. Mr. Clay currently serves on the board of directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee for Versatile Systems Inc., Zongshen Pem Power Systems Inc., Oakmont Capital Corp., Powertech Uranium Corp. and Minco Gold Corporation. |
