Mr. James C. Fish Jr., is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Waste Management, Inc., since August 2012. Mr. William K. Caesar is President of WM Recycle America, L.L.C., the subsidiary of Waste Management, Inc., since January 2012. Mr. Caesar joined Waste Management in 2010 from McKinsey & Company, where he was a Principal in the Atlanta office and a of the North American Energy & Materials practice. Prior to joining McKinsey, Caesar served as a Russian political and economic analyst at the U.S. State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency. Mark Weidman |
Mr. Mark A. Weidman is President of Wheelabrator Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Waste Management Inc since March 2006. As Wheelabrator’s president since 2006, Mr. Weidman’s responsibilities require him to oversee all issues pertaining to the operation and growth of the Company’s waste-to-energy and alternate energy businesses in the U.S., Europe and China. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Weidman served as the vice president of operations at Wheelabrator since 2001; president and COO of the processing division at Synagro Technologies, Inc., a Houston-based residuals management company, since its merger with Bio Gro in August 2000. Before joining Wheelabrator/Bio Gro, Mr. Weidman worked in industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment operations and design, and hazardous waste management for nine years. Mr. Weidman has an engineering degree from Penn State and is a registered professional engineer. |
