Name Description

George Tumur

Mr. George Lkhagvadorj Tumur serves as a Joint Chairman of the Board of Wolf Petroleum Limited since January 3, 2013. Tumur is a Mongolian citizen and has a Masters of Science in Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, as well as a Technical degree in Mineral Processing. Mr. Tumur has worked in senior management positions for various Mongolian mining companies, and most notably was the Managing Director of highly successful, formerly, ASX listed Hunnu Coal Limited. Mr. Tumur has an intricate understanding of the mining and legal landscape in Mongolia and has been one of the leaders in introducing western contract mining and mineral processing technologies into the Mongolian mining industry. Mr. Tumur is also a founding Director of Wolf Operations Limited (formerly Wolf Petroleum Limited). Mr. Tumur is currently a Director of Voyager Resources Limited (appointed 17 September 2009). He has not held any other listed directorships over the past three years.

Matthew Wood

Mr. Matthew Wood serves as an Executive Chairman of the Board of Wolf Petroleum Ltd since January 3, 2013. Wood has over 20 years experience in the resource sector with both major and junior resource companies and has extensive experience in the technical and economic evaluation of resource projects throughout the world. John Santich

Dr. John Reginald Santich, BE M, Eng Sc, Ph.D., DipLaw, MSocSc, serves as Executive Director of Wolf Petroleum Ltd, formerly Strzelecki Metals Limited, since June 13, 2008. John Santich is an engineer and lawyer with over four decades experience in mining geoscience and industry. He has been founder and Director of a number of successful exploration companies including Marathon Resources Ltd. He has also established companies in other technological areas, including bottled water, machine vibration analysis and renewable energy.

Jonathan Hart

Mr. Jonathan Hart is Company Secretary of Wolf Petroleum Ltd effective January 28, 2014. Mr Hart previously worked at Perth based law firm, Steinepreis Paganin. Mr. Hart’s experience includes due diligence investigations, general corporate and commercial drafting, public and private mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advice in relation to capital raisings, Corporations Act, AML issues and ASX compliance.

Jargalsaikhan Dambadarjaa

Mr. Daniel Joseph Crennan has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of Wolf Petroleum Limited., with effect from 5 January 2015.
