Alan Armstrong

 Mr. Alan S. Armstrong is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Williams Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Williams Partners LP. Mr. Armstrong has served as a director of general partner since February 2005 and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of general partner since January 3, 2011. From February 2010 to January 2011, Mr. Armstrong served as Senior Vice President – Midstream of general partner. From 2005 to February 2010, Mr. Armstrong served as the Chief Operating Officer of general partner. From 2002 to January 2011, Mr. Armstrong served as a Senior Vice President of Williams and acted as President of Williams’ midstream business. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Armstrong was Vice President, Gathering and Processing in Williams’ midstream business and from 1998 to 1999 was Vice President, Commercial Development, in Williams’ midstream business. Mr. Armstrong also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Oklahoma, Inc., President of the Gas Processors Association, a member of the Board for the Natural Gas Supply Association, and Chairman of the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering Board of Visitors. Mr. Armstrong’s qualifications include industry, financial, public policy and government, and operating experience.

Donald Chappel

 Mr. Donald R. Chappel is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Williams Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Williams Partners LP. Mr. Chappel has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Williams since 2003. Mr. Chappel served as Chief Financial Officer from 2007 and a director from 2008 of the general partner of Williams Pipeline Partners L.P. (WMZ), a limited partnership formed by Williams to own and operate natural gas transportation and storage assets, until WMZ merged with the company in 2010. Mr. Chappel also serves as a director of SUPERVALU Inc., a grocery and pharmacy company, and as Chairman of its Finance Committee. Francis Billings

 Mr. Francis E. Billings is Senior Vice President - Northeastern G&P Operations of Williams Partners GP LLC, the general partner of Williams Partners L.P. He has served as Williams’ Vice President Eastern Region - Midstream since October 2011. He has served as a Vice President of Williams’ midstream business since rejoining Williams in August 2010. From June 2009, Mr. Billings was President of Cumberland Plateau Pipeline Company (a privately held company developing an ethane pipeline to serve the Marcellus shale). From July 2008 to June 2009, Mr. Billings served as Sr. Vice President – Commercial for Crosstex Energy L.P. and Crosstex Energy, Inc. (an independent midstream energy services master limited partnership and its parent corporation). In 1988, Mr. Billings joined MAPCO Inc., which merged with a Williams subsidiary in 1998, serving in various management roles, including in 2008 as a Vice President in the midstream business.

Allison Bridges

 Ms. Allison G. Bridges is Senior Vice President – West Operations of Williams Partners GP LLC, the general partner of Williams Partners L.P. She was acting as the General Manager of Williams Gas Pipeline – West since July 2010. She served as Williams’ Vice President Commercial Operations - Gas Pipeline since May 2003. Since joining Northwest Pipeline, now a subsidiary of Williams and William Partners, in 1981, Ms. Bridges has held various management positions in accounting, rates, planning and business development.

Randy Newcomer

 Mr. Randy M. Newcomer is Interim Senior Vice President - NGL and Petchem Services of Williams Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Williams Partners LP. He has been Williams' Vice President, Operations Performance - Midstream, since 2010, managing since 2011 the team that reorganized Williams' senior management structure. He was a vice president for Williams' olefins & natural gas liquids business from 2004. From 1996, he was a vice president for refining and marketing operations of Williams or MAPCO, Inc., which merged with Williams in 1998.

Fred Pace

 Mr. Fred E. Pace is Senior Vice President - E & C of Williams Partners GP LLC, general partner of Williams Partners LP. From January 2011 until January 2013, Mr. Pace served Williams in project engineering and development roles, including service as Vice President, Engineering and Construction for Williams’ midstream business. From December 2009 to January 2011, Mr. Pace was the managing member of PACE Consulting, LLC (an engineering and consulting firm serving the energy industry). In August 2003, Mr. Pace co-founded Clear Creek Natural Gas, LLC, later known as Clear Creek Energy Services, LLC (a provider of engineering, construction, and operational services to the energy industry) where he served as Chief Executive Officer until December 2009. Mr. Pace has over 25 year of experience in the engineering, construction, operation, and project management areas of the energy industry, including prior service with Williams from 1985 to 1990.

Brian Perilloux

 Mr. Brian L. Perilloux is Senior Vice President - Operational Excellence of Williams Partners GP LLC, general partner of Williams Partners LP. Mr. Perilloux served as a Vice President of Williams’ midstream business from January 2011 until January 2013. From August 2007 to January 2011, Mr. Perilloux served in various roles in Williams’ midstream business, including engineering and construction roles. Prior to joining Williams, Mr. Perilloux was an officer of a private international engineering and construction company.

Ted Timmermans

 Mr. Ted T. Timmermans is Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Controller of Williams Partners GP LLC, the general partner of Williams Partners L.P. Mr. Timmermans has served as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Williams since July 2005. Mr. Timmermans served as an Assistant Controller of Williams from April 1998 to July 2005. Mr. Timmermans served as Chief Accounting Officer of the general partner of WMZ from January 2008 until WMZ merged with the company in August 2010.

Craig Rainey

 Mr. Craig L. Rainey is General Counsel of Williams Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Williams Partners LP. From 2001 to December 2011, Mr. Rainey served as an Assistant General Counsel of Williams, primarily supporting Williams’ midstream business and former exploration and production business. He joined Williams in 1999 as a senior counsel.

H. Brent Austin

 Mr. H. Brent Austin is Independent Director of Williams Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Williams Partners LP. Mr. Austin has been Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Alsamora L.P., a Houston-based private limited partnership with real estate and diversified equity investments, since 2003. Mr. Austin served as a director of the general partner of WMZ from October 2008 until WMZ merged with the company in 2010. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Austin was President and Chief Operating Officer of El Paso Corporation, where he managed all non-regulated operations as well as all financial functions.  Mr. Thomas F. Karam is Independent Director of Williams Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Williams Partners L.P. He serves on the Audit and Conflicts committees. He was formerly president and chief executive officer of Delphi Midstream Partners LLC.

Alice Peterson

 Ms. Alice M. Peterson is Presiding Independent Director of Williams Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Williams Partners LP. Ms. Peterson served as the Chief Ethics Officer of SAI Global from 2009 to 2010 and presently acts as a special advisor to SAI Global. Ms. Peterson served as a director of TBC Corporation, a marketer of private branded replacement tires, from July 2005 to November 2005, when it was acquired by Sumitomo Corporation of America. From 1998 to 2004, she served as a director of Fleming Companies. From 2000 to 2001, Ms. Peterson served as President and General Manager of RIM Finance, LLC. From 1998 to 2000, Ms. Peterson served as Vice President of Sears Online and from 1993 to 1998, as Vice President and Treasurer of Sears, Roebuck and Co. Ms. Peterson serves on the faculty of the Practicing Law Institute and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Ms. Peterson’s qualifications include financial and corporate governance experience.
