From 1989 until 2006, Mr. Way served as chief executive officer of Ryan’s Restaurant Group, Inc., a publicly traded company. From 1988 to 2004, Mr. Way served as president of Ryan’s Steak House, Inc. He holds Bachelor of Science – Accounting, Clemson University. He was Director of Ryan’s Restaurant Group, Inc. from 1981 to 2006 (Chairman from 1992 to 2006).
Darrell Whitaker	Mr. Darrell E. Whitaker is an Independent Director of World Acceptance Corp., since May 2008.
