Cox, Donald Mr. Donald F. Cox is the Chairman of the Board, Interim President, Interim Chief Executive Officer of WSB Financial Group. He is a principal of Cox & Lucy, a public accounting firm in Port Orchard, Washington, and of Pacific Asset Management L.L.C., a registered investment advisory firm with offices in Port Orchard and Kirkland, Washington, with $250 million of assets under management. Mr. Cox has been in private practice as an accountant since 1976 and is a certified public accountant and registered investment advisor.
Westfall, Larry Larry C. Westfall is vice chairman of the board of directors of WSB Financial Group and Westsound Bank. After 36 years in the banking industry, Mr. Westfall entered semi-retirement in 1997. Prior to semi-retirement, Mr. Westfall was a vice president of Wells Fargo Bank in charge of its branch offices in Silverdale and Bremerton. While semi-retired, Mr. Westfall is a consultant for small businesses. Mr. Westfall is a graduate of San Jose State University in Industrial Relations and of Pacific Coast Banking School.
Colburn, Veronica Veronica R. Colburn is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary of WSB Financial Group, Inc. Ms. Colburn has 25 years of banking experience and also served as chief financial officer of Westsound Bank from 1999 to 2005 and as chief operating officer from 2005 to 2006. Previously, Ms. Colburn was an assistant vice president and branch manager for First National Bank, a community bank in Port Orchard, Washington, and an assistant vice president for the National Bank of Bremerton, a community bank in Bremerton, Washington where her primary duties were that of internal compliance auditor, operations and lending. Ms. Colburn is a graduate of the IBAA School of Auditing and Compliance.
Hobson, Janet Ms. Janet Hobson is the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of WSB Financial Group Inc. Ms. Hobson has more than 25 years of experience in accounting including four years of public company reporting. She joined WSB Financial in September 2006 after serving four years as an accountant at Rainier Pacific Bank in Tacoma, Washington.

Reynolds, Dean Dean Reynolds is a director of WSB Financial Group and Westsound Bank. Mr. Reynolds is the manager of T.T.I.C., LLC, a thermoplastics coating company in Monroe, WA, a position he has held since 1999. Mr. Reynolds is also a member of Teal Lake Center LLC in Port Ludlow, Washington.
