Name Description

Jack Greenberg

Mr. Jack M. Greenberg, CPA is the Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board, Presiding Director of The Western Union Company. Mr. Greenberg was Chairman (from 1999) and Chief Executive Officer (from 1998) of McDonald’s Corporation until 2002. Mr. Greenberg joined McDonald’s Corporation as Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer and as a member of its Board of Directors in 1982. He served as a director of First Data from 2003 to 2006, as a director of Abbott Laboratories from 2001 to 2007, and as a director of Manpower, Inc. from 2003 to 2014. Mr. Greenberg is a director of The Allstate Corporation, Hasbro, Inc., Innerworkings, Inc., where he serves as Chairman of the Board, and Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc.

Hikmet Ersek

Mr. Hikmet Ersek is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of The Western Union Company. From January 2010 to August 2010, Mr. Ersek served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to 2010, Mr. Ersek served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific Region from 2008. Prior to January 2014, Mr. Agrawal served as President, Western Union Business Solutions (from August 2011). Prior to August 2011, Mr. Agrawal served as General Manager, Business Solutions from November 2010, and as Senior Vice President of Finance for Business Units from August 2010 to November 2010. Previously, Mr. Agrawal served as Senior Vice President of Finance of the Company's Europe, Middle East, and Africa and Asia Pacific regions from July 2008 to August 2010, and as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Western Union from June 2006 to May 2008. Richard Williams

Mr. Richard L. Williams is the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of The Western Union Company, Mr. Williams was appointed as our Chief Human Resources Officer in October of 2013 and previously served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer from March 2013 to October 2013 and as Senior Vice President, Human Resources - Global Consumer Financial Services from June 2011 to October 2013. Mr. Williams joined Western Union in November 2009 as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas and Global Cards. Before joining Western Union, Mr. Williams worked for Fullerton Financial Holdings (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings) as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from September 2007 to October 2009. Previously, Mr. Williams spent 17 years (May 1998 to August 2007 and August 1989 to February 1997) with American Express Company.

J. David Thompson

Mr. J. David Thompson is the Executive Vice President - Global Operations, Chief Information Officer of The Western Union Company. Prior to April 2012, Mr. Thompson was Group President, Services & Support and Global CIO of Symantec Corporation since January 2008. From February 2006 to January 2008, Mr. Thompson served as Symantec's Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Symantec, Mr. Thompson was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Oracle Corporation from January 2005 to January 2006. Diane Scott

Ms. Diane Scott is the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of The Western Union Company. Prior to taking this position in December 2012, Ms. Scott was our Chief Marketing Officer (from April 2011) and President, Western Union Ventures (from August 2011). Prior to April 2011, Ms. Scott was Senior Vice President, Marketing, Americas since March 2009. From March 2008 to March 2009, Ms. Scott served as Vice President, Marketing Services, and General Manager, Domestic Money Transfer. From March 2007 to March 2008, Ms. Scott served as Vice President, Domestic Money Transfer and Marketing Services, and from January 2005 to March 2007, she served as Vice President and General Manager, Domestic Money Transfer. Ms. Scott joined Western Union in 2001. Prior to joining Western Union, Ms. Scott held marketing positions with Izodia plc, US West Communications Inc., and various advertising agencies.

John Dye

Mr. John R. Dye is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of The Western Union Company. Prior to taking this position in November 2011, Mr. Dye was Senior Vice President, Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation ("FHLMC") from July 2011. From July 2007 to July 2011, Mr. Dye served as Senior Vice President, Principal Deputy General Counsel Corporate Affairs, of FHLMC. Prior to joining FHLMC, Mr. Dye served as Associate General Counsel at Citigroup Inc. from August 1999 to July 2007, and as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at Salomon Smith Barney from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that time, Mr. Dye was an attorney at the law firm of Brown & Wood. Mr. Dye is also Chairman of the Board of the Western Union Foundation.

Odilon Almeida

Mr. Odilon Almeida is the Executive Vice President and President - Americas and European Union of The Western Union Company. From January 2013 until December 2013, Mr. Almeida was Senior Vice President and President for the Americas region for Western Union. Mr. Almeida joined Western Union in 2002 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Regional Vice President, Southern Cone, Americas from December 2002 to December 2006; Regional Vice President and Managing Director, South America region from January 2007 to November 2007; Senior Vice President and Managing Director, South America region from December 2007 to November 2010; and Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Latin America and Caribbean region from December 2010 to December 2012. Prior to joining Western Union, Mr. Almeida worked at FleetBoston Financial, The Coca-Cola Company and Colgate-Palmolive in Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Jean Farah

Mr. Jean Claude Farah is the Executive Vice President, President - Middle East, Africa, APAC, Eastern Europe & CIS of The Western Union Company. From March 2009 to December 2013, Mr. Farah served as Senior Vice President for the Middle East and Africa region at Western Union. Mr. Farah joined Western Union in 1999 as Marketing Manager, Middle East & North Africa. He has held a variety of progressively responsible positions with the company, including Regional Director from March 2003 to June 2005, Regional Vice President from June 2005 to March 2009 and Senior Vice President for the Middle East, Pakistan and Afghanistan region. Mr. Farah started his career in 1995 with Renault SA. Prior to joining Western Union, he was Area Manager for Orangina Pernod Ricard.

Martin Cole

Mr. Martin I. Cole is an Director of the Company. effective July 16, 2015. Mr. Cole served as Chief Executive Officer of the Technology Group at Accenture plc (“Accenture”) from 2012 to 2014. During his career at Accenture, Mr. Cole held a number of roles of increasing responsibility, including: Chief Executive Officer of the Communications, Media & Technology Operating Group from 2006 to 2012; as Chief Executive Officer of the Government Operating Group from 2004 to 2006; as Managing Partner of the Outsourcing and Infrastructure Delivery Group from 2002 to 2004; and as Partner in the Outsourcing and Government Practices Group from 1989 to 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Cole served Accenture and its predecessor in a variety roles beginning in 1980. Mr. Cole has been a director of Western Digital Corporation since December 2014.

Jeffrey Joerres

Mr. Jeffrey A. Joerres is Director of The Western Union Company. Mr. Joerres has served as executive chairman of ManpowerGroup since May 2014. From 1999 to 2014, Mr. Joerres served as CEO of ManpowerGroup and from 2001 to 2014, he served as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Joerres joined ManpowerGroup in 1993, and served as Vice President of Marketing and Senior Vice President European Operations and Marketing and Major Account Development. Dr. Richard A. Goodman, Ph.D., is an Independent Director of Western Union Company. Dr. Goodman served as the Executive Vice President, Global Operations of PepsiCo Inc. (“PepsiCo”) from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Goodman was PepsiCo’s Chief Financial Officer from 2006. From 2003 until 2006, Mr. Goodman was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo International. Betsy Holden

Ms. Betsy D. Holden is an Independent Director of The Western Union Company. She is the Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company since 2007. Ms. Holden served as President, Global Marketing and Category Development of Kraft Foods Inc. from 2004 through 2005, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods Inc. from 2001 until 2003, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods North America from 2000 until 2003. Ms. Holden began her career at General Foods in 1982. She currently serves as a director of Catamaran Corporation, Diageo plc., and Time, Inc.

Ms. Linda Fayne Levinson is an Independent Director of The Western Union Company. She is an advisor to professionally funded, privately held ventures. Ms. Fayne Levinson was Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Connexus, Inc., formerly VendareNetblue, a privately held online marketing company until 2010 when it was merged with Epic Advertising. From 1997 until 2004, Ms. Fayne Levinson was a partner at GRP Partners, a venture capital firm, investing in early stage technology companies in the financial services, internet media and online retail sectors. Earlier in her career, Ms. Fayne Levinson was an executive at American Express and a partner at McKinsey & Company. Roberto Mendoza

Mr. Roberto G. Mendoza is an Independent Director of The Western Union Company. He is the Senior Managing Director of Atlas Advisors LLC, an independent global investment banking firm, since 2010. Previously, Mr. Mendoza co-founded Deming Mendoza & Co., LLC, a corporate finance advisory firm, and served as one of its partners from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Mendoza served as Non-Executive Chairman of Trinsum Group from 2007 to 2008. In 2007, Trinsum Group was formed as a result of a merger of Marakon Associates and Integrated Finance Limited, a financial advisory company which Mr. Mendoza co-founded and of which he served as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director from 2002 to 2007. He also served as Managing Director of Goldman Sachs from 2000 to 2001. From 1967 to 2000, Mr. Mendoza held positions at J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc., serving from 1990 to 2000 as director and Vice Chairman of the Board. He currently serves as a director of PartnerRe Ltd. and Manpower Inc.

Michael Miles

Mr. Michael A. Miles, Jr., is an Independent Director of The Western Union Company. He is an Advisory Director of Berkshire Partners, a private equity firm, since 2013. Previously, Mr. Miles was President of Staples, Inc. from 2006 until 2013, and Chief Operating Officer from 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Miles was Chief Operating Officer, Pizza Hut for Yum! Brands, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. From 1996 to 1999, he served Pizza Hut as Senior Vice President of Concept Development & Franchise.

Robert Selander

Mr. Robert W. Selander is an Independent Director of The Western Union Company. Mr. Selander served as Executive Vice Chairman of MasterCard Incorporated and MasterCard International during 2010. From 1997 until 2010, Mr. Selander served as Chief Executive Officer of MasterCard Incorporated and MasterCard International. In addition, until 2009, Mr. Selander served as President of MasterCard Incorporated and MasterCard International from 2002 and 1997, respectively. Prior to his election as President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterCard International in 1997, Mr. Selander was an Executive Vice President and President of the MasterCard International Europe, Middle East/Africa and Canada regions. Before joining MasterCard in 1994, Mr. Selander spent two decades with Citicorp/Citibank, N.A. Mr. Selander has also served as a director of the Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. from 1998 to 2008, MasterCard Incorporated from 2002 until 2010, and MasterCard International from 1997 until 2010. Mr. Selander currently serves on the Board of Directors of Mozido, Inc. and the Board of Trustees of the Fidelity Equity and High Income Funds.

Frances Townsend

Ms. Frances Fragos Townsend is an Independent Director of The Western Union Company. She is the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Government, Legal and Business Affairs at MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. since 2013, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Government, Legal and Business Affairs from 2010 to 2012. Ms. Fragos Townsend was a corporate partner at the law firm of Baker Botts L.L.P. from 2009 to 2010. From 2008 to 2009, Ms. Fragos Townsend provided consulting services and advised corporate entities on global strategic risk and contingency planning. Prior to that, Ms. Fragos Townsend served as Assistant to President George W. Bush for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism and chaired the Homeland Security Council from 2004 until 2008. She also served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor Combating Terrorism from 2003 to 2004. Ms. Fragos Townsend was the first Assistant Commandant for Intelligence for the United States Coast Guard and spent 13 years at the United States Department of Justice in various senior positions. Ms. Fragos Townsend is a director of Scientific Games Corporation and Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. and was a director of SIGA Technologies, Inc. until 2014.

Solomon Trujillo

Mr. Solomon D. Trujillo is an Independent Director of The Western Union Company. He founded Trujillo Group, LLC, and has served as chairman since 2003. Mr. Trujillo also served as the Chief Executive Officer and as director of Telstra Corporation Limited, Australia’s largest media-communications enterprise, from 2005 to 2009. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Trujillo was Orange SA’s Chief Executive Officer. Before that, Mr. Trujillo was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Graviton, Inc. from 2001 until 2003. Mr. Trujillo previously served as a director of Target Corporation from 1994 to 2014 and currently serves as a director of WPP plc and ProAmerica Bank.
