Name Description

Douglas Dafoe

Mr. Douglas A. Dafoe is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. Douglas Dafoe is President & Chief Executive Officer of Ember Resources Inc. (“Ember”), a private company focused on natural gas exploration and production primarily from coal bed methane in Alberta, Canada. Mr. Dafoe has been Chief Executive Officer of Ember since 2005. Prior to joining Ember, Mr. Dafoe was Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Thunder Energy Inc., an oil and gas producer from 1995 to 2005. Mr. Dafoe has also held senior executive positions with Samson Canada and Husky Oil.

Thomas Wood

Mr. Thomas D. Wood is the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. Mr. Wood is a founding director and was Chairman of Xtreme from 2005 until November 2012. Mr. Wood was named the Chief Executive Officer (or “CEO”) of Extreme on March 5, 2013 and was previously interim Chief Executive Officer since 2011. Prior to that Mr. Wood was Executive Chairman from 2009 and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Mr. Wood was Managing Director, United States and International Operations, for Coil-X Drilling Systems Corporation from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Wood is presently Chief Executive Officer of Round-Up Resource Services Ltd., a private investment firm and is a director for Sabre Well Servicing Inc. a privately held well servicing contractor.

Matthew Porter

Mr. Matthew S. Porter is the Chief Financial Officer of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. Previously, from January 2010 until June 2011 Chief Financial Officer and from June 2006 to December 2009 Vice President, Corporate Finance with at Bronco Drilling, a land drilling and well servicing company.

Charlie Proulx

Mr. Charlie Proulx is the Vice President - Coil services, North America of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. Mr. Proulx has served as general manager, U.S. coil services. He joined Xtreme in 2011 as the technical sales manager for coil services. Prior to Xtreme, Mr. Proulx worked at Schlumberger from 2001 to 2011. During his time at Schlumberger, Mr. Proulx held the positions of technical sales engineer, product champion for the reservoir characterization group, operations manager, coiled tubing and fracturing, in Algeria, operations and coiled tubing manager in Denmark, and DESC engineer for British Petroleum in Scotland. Mr. Proulx started his career as a coiled tubing field engineer in Victoria, Tex. Mr. Proulx has a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Florida State University. He is also a member of the SPE and ICOTA.

Ben Smith

Mr. Ben Smith is the Vice President - Human Resources of the company. Ben joined Xtreme as the Director of Human Resources in early 2011 and has been a strategic business partner in the growth of Xtreme. Prior to joining Xtreme, Mr. Smith was the Regional Human Resources Manager at Patterson- UTI Drilling Company LLC in the Permian Basin from 2009-2011.

Martin Ramirez

Mr. Martin Ramirez is the Corporate Controller of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. He has been appointed to the position of Interim Principal Financial Officer of the Company since August 12, 2011. Previously, from 2007 to 2010, Director of Accounting with BMC Software, a multi-national provider of management software; from 2006 to 2007, a senior finance and accounting consultant for companies operating in Texas and Mexico, from 2005 to 2006, Senior Manager Oil and Gas of BKD, LLP/Mazars Group, a United States accounting firm. Mr. Ramirez is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Randolph Charron

Mr. Randolph M. Charron is the Director of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. Mr. Randy Charron is a founding director of Xtreme and the President of Characo Corporation, a private oil and gas investment firm. Prior to that he was a founding director and Vice President of Artisan Corporation, a publicly traded Canadian oil field service provider. Presently, Mr. Charron is a director for PHX Technology Services Corp., a company which provides horizontal and directional drilling services to oil and gas exploration and development companies in Canada, the United States, Albania, and Russia. Mr. Charron is also a member of the board of Wrangler West Energy Corp., a TSX-V junior oil and natural gas producer. As well Mr. Charron has served the industry as a director of the Canadian Association of Oil Well Drilling Contractors (CAODC), Chairman of the Petroleum Industry Annual Safety Seminar and Director of Program Committee of the Petroleum Industry Training Services (PITS).

J. William Franklin

Mr. J. William Franklin, Jr. is an Independent Director of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. He is Managing Director of Lime Rock Partners (“Lime Rock”), a private investor of growth capital in global energy companies in the exploration and production, energy service, and oil service technology sectors. Mr. Franklin joined the Lime Rock team in 2003 and was named a Managing Director in 2008. Before joining Lime Rock, he had experience in private equity, energy company operations, and energy finance at Riverstone Holdings, Simmons & Company, and Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company.

James Renfroe

Mr. James B. Renfroe, Jr., is an Independent Director of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. Mr. Renfroe is an independent businessman, and currently a non-executive Director of Expro Group, an international oilfield service company. Mr. Renfroe was previously the Senior Strategic Advisor to the CEO of GE Oil and Gas. Prior to that Mr. Renfroe was Executive Director and CEO of the Well Support Division of Wood Group, PLC, a multinational oil and gas services company. Mr. Renfroe has an extensive background in executive leadership, strategic planning, operations and business development having worked for Halliburton Company in various executive positions from 1974 to 2007. While working for Halliburton, Mr. Renfroe managed multiple product lines (globally) and participated in a number of structural changes and process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness. He led acquisitions and divestitures, as well as strategy development.

David Wehlmann

Mr. David W. Wehlmann is an Independent Director of Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. Mr. Wehlmann is an independent business consultant and currently a Director for Omega Protein Corporation and Paragon Offshore PLL Mr. Wehlmann was previously Executive Vice President, Investor Relations with Precision Drilling Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Wehlmann was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Grey Wolf Inc. a publicly traded drilling contractor. Mr. Wehlmann also held executive positions with EnerVest Management Company, Convest Energy Corporation and Texas Meridian Resources. Mr. Wehlmann has an extensive background in finance and accounting. He has over 30 years of leadership experience, including board of director service, with an emphasis on strategic acquisitions/mergers, capital markets, capital structure, entrepreneurial growth initiative, market development, planning/forecasting, financial and project management and investor relations.
