Paul Korus	Mr. Paul Korus is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Cimarex Energy Co. He was named senior vice president in December 2010 and has served as chief financial officer of Cimarex since September 2002. From June 1999 to September 2002, Mr. Korus was vice president and chief financial officer of Key Production Company. Prior to Key, he was an equity research analyst with an energy investment banking firm from 1995 to 1999 and was with Apache Corporation from 1982 to 1995.

Helmerich & Payne, Inc., a publicly held company located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, designs and builds land drilling rigs. Helmerich & Payne is primarily engaged in contract drilling of oil and gas wells for exploration and production companies and is one of the land and offshore platform drilling companies in the world. David Hentschel	Mr. David A. Hentschel is Independent Director of Cimarex Energy Co. Mr. Hentschel was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Occidental Oil and Gas Corporation, a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum, from 1986 until 1993 and from 1997 until 1999, when he retired. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Occidental Petroleum, Ltd., now known as Nexen, from 1995 until 1997.
