Name Description

Aubrey Eveleigh

Mr. Aubrey J. Eveleigh is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. Mr. Eveleigh graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland, with a B.Sc. degree in Geology. While attending university, Mr. Eveleigh worked for Noranda Exploration Co. Ltd. for five field seasons as a geological assistant and continued his career with Noranda as a project geologist until 1992 at various Canadian mining camps. From 2000 to present he has been President of Eveleigh Geological Consulting Inc., which provides geologists, field technicians, prospectors and administration staff to mineral exploration companies. Between 2003 and 2009, Mr. Eveleigh held the position of Director and Vice President of Exploration with MetalCORP Limited, an Exchange-listed Canadian junior resource company engaged in exploring for base and precious metals in Canada. Between June 2009 and June 2010, Mr. Eveleigh has held the position of Director and Vice President of Exploration with Abbastar Resources Corporation, an Exchange-listed Canadian junior exploration company focused on identifying potential gold deposits.

Tom Mustapic

Mr. Tom Mustapic is Chief Financial Officer of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. Mr. Mustapic graduated from Lakehead University, with a degree in Commerce. He has more than twenty years experience as a Certified General Accountant, having worked in public accounting, the municipal sector and most recently with the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board where he serves as Associate Director and Treasurer. Mr. Mustapic also has five years of experience as Chief Financial Officer of MetalCORP Limited, an Exchange-listed Canadian junior resource company engaged in exploring for base and precious metals in Canada. Throughout his career he has been involved in his community, currently serving as a Director of the St. Joseph’s Foundation and as Treasurer for the Thunder Bay Blaze Basketball Association.

Peter Wood

Mr. Peter C. Wood, PEng, PGeo, has been appointed as Vice President - Exploration of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd., effective January 16, 2013. Mr. Wood brings experience with over 25 years in mineral exploration and development since obtaining his MSc (geology) from University of Toronto in 1987. He will have the responsibility of overseeing the design and management of exploration programs, including the upcoming drill programs at the Albany graphite deposit. Recently Mr. Wood has consulted for junior mining companies on exploration programs for nickel, platinum group metal, copper-zinc-silver (volcanogenic massive sulphide) and gold in Ontario and Manitoba.

Peter Ravenscroft

Mr. Peter J. Ravenscroft has been appointed as Director of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd., effective 11, October 2012. Mr. Ravenscroft, is a mining industry executive with over 30 years' experience in a range of countries, commodities and operating environments. Most recently he was Head of Global Exploration for Cliffs Natural Resources Inc, an international mining and natural resources company. Previously, Peter was the Managing Director, Technical Evaluation Group at Rio Tinto based in London. He had global accountability for internal technical reviews of all investments and capital projects presented to the Rio Tinto board. This also included group accountability for the compliance of all Rio Tinto companies' mineral resource and ore reserve reporting. Over seventeen years with Rio Tinto, Peter had a variety of operation roles in the UK, Australia and Canada. He was also General Manager of Resource Development for Hamersley Iron in Western Australia. He led the exploration, resource evaluation, mine planning and metallurgical development functions during the early stages of Rio Tinto's multi-billion dollar expansions in Western Australian iron ore. Before joining Rio Tinto, he spent nine years in the southern African mining industry, with De Beers, Anglo American and Gencor. Peter holds a M.Sc. (Geostatistics) from the Paris School of Mines and a B.Sc. (Hons) from University of Cape Town.

Barry Allan

Mr. Barry Allan is Independent Director of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. Mr. Allan graduated from Dalhousie University, with a B.Sc. degree in Geology and an MBA. He began his career as an exploration geologist with a number of mining companies, before becoming a mining specialist for CIBC, and later a Gold and Precious Metals Mining Analyst with Gordon Capital, BZW, and Prudential Bache. Mr. Allan is currently a Senior VP & Director, Senior Mining Analyst, at Mackie Research Capital, Toronto, a Canadian independent full service investment firm.

Brian Davey

Mr. Brian R. Davey is Independent Director of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. From 2010 to present - Advisor to Nishnawbe-Aski Development Funds 2006 to 2010 Mr. Davey has been the Manager of Economic Development with the Matawa First Nations Tribal Council; From 2000 to 2006 he was the managing partner of First Nations Equity, a financial advisory/management-consulting firm. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of the Aboriginal Economic Renewal Secretariat based in Toronto - a Secretariat responsible for facilitating and developing business partnerships between industry and Aboriginal business From 1991 to 1997 he was a Deputy Grand Chief of the Nishnawbe-Aski Nation. As a Deputy his portfolio included economic, business and infrastructure development. From 1981 to 1990 he was the Rights and Treaty Research Director for Grand Council Treaty 9. Brian has worked over 28 years on First Nation issues mostly related to economic and business development. He is a graduate of Native Studies and Political Science from Trent University, Peterborough, Ontario. Brian is a member of the Moose Cree First Nation in north-eastern Ontario and currently resides in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Clifford Davis

Mr. Clifford J. Davis is Independent Director of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. Mr. Davis graduated from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London University, with a B.Sc. degree in Mining Engineering. He has been an independent director of Agnico-Eagle Mines, a Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange listed Canadian-based gold producer with mines and exploration properties in Canada, Finland, Mexico and the United States, since June, 2008. He has experience in the mining industry, and has been a member of the senior management teams and Boards of various mining industry reporting issuers including New Gold Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange listed intermediate gold mining company where he served as Chief Executive Officer, and Gabriel Resources Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed Canadian-based resource company engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Romania, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Davis has more than 40 years of international experience in the operation and development of both underground and open pit gold and base metal mines.
