On May 31, 2012, the Company established a new wholly owned subsidiary, NAGAHORI (HK) Co. Limited., engaged in the wholesale of jewelry in Hong Kong and Taiwan markets in Hong Kong, China. On January 29, 2013, the Company acquired a 100% stake of a Tokyo-based company.
