The Company’s Justice segment consists of the specialty retail, outlet, e-commerce and licensing operations of the Justice brand. The Justice merchandise mix includes apparel, accessories, footwear, intimates and lifestyle products, such as bedroom furnishings and electronics. The Justice segment includes approximately 980 specialty retail and outlet stores, e-commerce operations, and certain licensed franchises in international territories. The Justice brand offers apparel to girls for ages between approximately 5 and 12. Justice creates, designs and develops its own Justice branded merchandise in-house. The Company’s Lane Bryant segment consists of the specialty retail, outlet and e-commerce operations of the Lane Bryant brand and its Cacique intimates label. The Lane Bryant segment includes over 770 specialty retail and outlet stores, and e-commerce operations. Through private labels, such as Lane Bryant and Cacique, and select national brands, the Lane Bryant segment offers apparel to female customers, including intimate apparel, wear-to-work and casual sportswear, accessories, select footwear and social occasion apparel.
