The Company has a physical laboratory that customers can visit in Minneapolis. The support team also acts as the Company's primary interface with manufacturers' technical support organizations. The Company provides its analysis, design, implementation, management and support services to customers through either a services engagement or as a part of a project, which includes a server, storage and networking solutions and services. The Company evaluates and tests technologies from manufacturers. The Company markets and sells its products and services throughout the United States primarily through a direct sales force. In addition to the Company's Minneapolis headquarters, as of December 31, 2011, the Company has 29 field sales offices, including home offices.
