FieldPoint Petroleum Corporation, incorporated on March 11, 1980, is engaged in the acquisition, operation and development of oil and natural gas properties, which are located in Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Central Texas and Wyoming. The Company's principal oil and natural gas properties include Block A-49, Spraberry Trend, Giddings Field and Serbin Field in Texas; Flying M Field, Sulimar Field, North Bilbrey Field, Lusk Field and Loving North Morrow Field in New Mexico; Apache Field, Chickasha Field and West Allen Field in Oklahoma; Longwood Field in Louisiana, and Big Muddy Field in Wyoming. The Company has varying ownership interest in approximately 470 gross wells (over 113.26 net) located in approximately five states. The Company operates over 20 of approximately 470 wells, and other wells are operated by independent operators under contracts.

Texas

The Company's Block A-49 is a producing oil field located in Andrews, Texas. The Company owns working interest in over three producing oil wells and approximately two injection wells producing out of the Devonian and Ellenburger formations at a depth of 7,000 to 9,000 feet. The Spraberry Trend is a producing oil and natural gas field located over six miles east of Midland, Texas. The Company owns working interest in over five oil and natural gas wells producing out of the Spraberry formation at a depth of approximately 7,000 feet. The Giddings Field is in the Austin Chalk field located in various counties surrounding the city of Giddings, Texas. The Company holds working interest in the Shade lease, including over three producing oil and natural gas wells. Oil and natural gas are produced from the Austin chalk formation. The Serbin Field is an oil and natural gas field located over 50 miles east of Austin and approximately 100 miles west of Houston. The Company has a working interest in over 150 producing oil and natural gas wells. Oil and natural gas are produced from the Taylor Sand at depths ranging from 5,300 feet to 5,600 feet.

New Mexico

The Flying M Field is a producing oil and natural gas field located outside of Hobbs, New Mexico. The Company owns a working interest in over two oil and natural gas wells producing out of the ABO formation at a depth of approximately 8,300 feet. The Sulimar Field is a producing oil field located over 35 miles north east of Artesia, New Mexico. The Company has a working interest in one oil well producing out of the Queen formation at a depth of approximately 1,800 feet. North Bilbrey Field is a producing natural gas field located outside of Hobbs, New Mexico. The Company owns a working interest in the North Bilbrey #7 federal well producing out of the Atoka formation at approximately 13,000 feet. The Lusk Field is a producing oil and natural gas field located outside of Hobbs, New Mexico. The Company owns a working interest in over two oil and natural gas wells producing out of the Bone Spring and Yates formations in Section 15 at depths ranging from 3,400 feet to 10,000 feet and a working interest in approximately three wells drilled and producing out of the Bone Spring formation. It also has a working interest in one oil and natural gas well producing out of the Wolfcamp formation in Section 14. The Company also owns a working interest in one water disposal well. The Loving North Morrow Field is a producing natural gas field located over two miles west of Loving, New Mexico and approximately 10 miles south east of Carlsbad, New Mexico. The Company owns a working interest in over three natural gas wells producing out of the Morrow formation from a depth of 12,300 feet to 12,450 feet.

Oklahoma

The Apache Field Oklahoma is a waterflood project producing from the Viola/Bromide formation. The Apache Bromide Unit is located over five miles west of the town of Apache and 25 miles north of Lawton, Oklahoma. The Company has a working interest in the unit that consists of over 20 producing oil wells and approximately nine water injection wells. The Chickasha Field is a waterflood project producing from the Medrano Sand. The Rush Springs Medrano Unit is located over 65 miles southwest of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Company has a working interest in the unit that consists of over 20 producing oil and natural gas wells and approximately 10 water injection wells. The West Allen Field is a producing oil and natural gas field located over 100 miles south of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Company has a working interest in over 50 leases or a total of approximately 220 wells.

Louisiana

The Longwood Field is a producing natural gas field located north of Greenwood, Louisiana. The Company owns a working interest in over two natural gas wells producing out of the Cotton Valley formation at a depth of approximately 7,800 feet.

Wyoming

The Big Muddy Field is a producing oilfield located over 30 miles south of Casper, Wyoming. The Company owns a working interest in the Elkhorn and J.C. Kinney lease that include over four oil wells producing out of the Wallcreek and Dakota formations at depths ranging from 3,200 feet to 4,000 feet.
