Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (Pinnacle), incorporated in 1981, is a developer, owner and operator of casinos, and related hospitality and entertainment facilities. The Company operates seven domestic casinos, including L’Auberge du Lac in Lake Charles, Louisiana; Boomtown New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana; Belterra Casino Resort in Vevay, Indiana; Boomtown Bossier City in Bossier City, Louisiana; Lumiere Place in St. Louis, Missouri; Boomtown Reno in Reno, Nevada, and Admiral Riverboat Casino in St. Louis, Missouri. Internationally, it operates one substantial and several small casinos in Argentina. On January 2, 2009, it closed The Casino at Emerald Bay in the Bahamas.

L’Auberge du Lac

Pinnacle’s largest casino resort, L’Auberge du Lac in Lake Charles, Louisiana, offers full-scale, casino-hotel facilities to Houston, as well as the Austin and San Antonio metropolitan areas. Its property is approximately 142 miles from Houston and approximately 300 miles and 335 miles from Austin and San Antonio, respectively. L’Auberge du Lac offers 1,601 slot machines, 62 table games and 995 guestrooms and suites. The facility also offers several restaurants, approximately 28,000 square feet of meeting space, a championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio, and a spa.

Boomtown New Orleans

The Company’s Boomtown New Orleans property is a casino in the West Bank neighborhood, across the Mississippi River from downtown New Orleans. It features a dockside riverboat casino with 1,553 slot machines and 35 table games, two restaurants, a delicatessen, a 350-seat nightclub, 4,600 square feet of meeting space, an arcade and approximately 1,700 parking spaces.

Belterra Casino Resort

The Company’s southern Indiana property, Belterra Casino Resort, is located along the Ohio River near Vevay, Indiana, approximately 50 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, 70 minutes from Louisville, Kentucky and 90 minutes from Lexington, Kentucky. Belterra is also approximately two and a half hours from Indianapolis, Indiana. Belterra features a large casino with 1,604 slot machines and 54 table games and a 608-guestroom hotel, six restaurants, 33,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, a 1,553-seat entertainment showroom, retail shops, a swimming pool, a championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio and a spa. The resort provides approximately 2,000 parking spaces, most of which are in a multi-level parking structure.

Boomtown Bossier City

The Company’s Boomtown Bossier City property in Bossier City, Louisiana, features a regional hotel adjoining a dockside riverboat casino. The property is located on a site directly adjacent to, and easily visible from, Interstate 20. The property includes 1,048 slot machines and 30 table games, 188 guestrooms, including four master suites and 88 junior suites, four restaurants and approximately 1,860 parking spaces.

Lumiere Place

Lumiere Place is located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. The Lumiere Place complex includes the Lumiere Place Casino with 2,000 slot machines and 62 table games, the 200-guestroom luxury Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, the 294 all-suites HoteLumiere, seven restaurants, banquet facilities, retail shops and more than 22,000 square feet of convention/meeting space, including a 7,300-square-foot ballroom. Lumiere Place is located across from the Edward Jones Dome and America’s Center convention center, and north of the famous Gateway Arch.

Admiral Riverboat Casino

The Admiral Riverboat Casino offers 696 slot machines and 13 table games. The Casino is moored near the Lumiere Place complex.

Boomtown Reno

Boomtown Reno is a land-based, casino-hotel located approximately nine miles west of downtown Reno, Nevada, near the California border along Interstate 80. The property offers 673 slot machines and 12 table games, 318 guestrooms, 172 of which it refurbished, during 2008. In addition, the property has two restaurants, a 30,000-square-foot amusement center and approximately 1,300 parking spaces. In addition to the main casino-hotel, the property has a gas station, a mini-mart and a 197-space recreational vehicle park.

Casino Magic Argentina

Casino Magic Argentina consists of a l casino-hotel facility in the city of Neuquen, Argentina and several smaller casinos elsewhere in the Patagonia region of Argentina. Casino Magic Neuquen offers a casino with 1,014 slot machines and 54 table games, a 32-guestroom hotel, a restaurant, several bars and an entertainment venue on approximately 20 acres of land.
