As of January 25, 2013, the Company had interests in eight mineral exploration properties, which includes Klaza, BYG, HERC, Pika, BRX, AEX , Dickson and Chevron. The Ruby Range project consists of the Kluane, Gladstone, JPR and Ellias properties, which are located in the Whitehorse Mining District of southwestern Yukon. Val property is located in the Mount Nansen gold camp in the southern part of the Dawson Range Gold Belt. Rockhaven holds a 100% interest in the Mount Hinton property, which consists of the Gram, Granite, Hinton, Jen, Key, Lock, Moon and Red claims in the Mayo Mining District of central Yukon and is located in the Keno Hill district of the Yukon.On October 16, 2012, Rockhaven sold a portable ore processing mill. On November 1, 2012, Rockhaven acquired the Etzel 1 through 50 claims.
