PCO Services (PCO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Orkin's is a pest control service provider in Canada. Western Pest Services (Western), The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), HomeTeam Pest Defense (HomeTeam) and Crane Pest Control (Crane) are the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries. Western Pest is a pest control service company and its business complements most of the services Orkin offers focusing on the northeastern United States. IFC provides pest management services and sanitation services and products to the food and commodity industries. HomeTeam is engaged in pest control business and it acquired by Rollins, Inc. in April 2008. Crane was acquired by Rollins, Inc in December 2008. Crane's primary service is commercial pest control serving northern California and the Reno/Tahoe basin.
