On May 6, 2008, the Company completed the sale of its interests in Acsis, Inc., Alliance Consulting Group Associates, Inc., Laureate Pharma, Inc., Neuronyx, Inc. and ProModel Corporation.

Clarient, Inc. (Clarient) is an oncology diagnostics services company. Clarient provides a range of cancer diagnostic and consultative services, which include technical laboratory services and professional interpretation. These reports and analyses are provided through its Internet-based application, PATHSiTE. Clarient’s anatomic pathology services are focused on the common types of solid tumors, such as breast, prostate, lung and colon. Clarient also offers a menu of hematopathology testing for leukemia and lymphoma. The Company competes with Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LabCorp) and Quest Diagnostics Incorporated.
