During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2010, it completed private housing development at McDonald Road, Edinburgh; Plumbing activities included all plumbing and domestic heating sub-contract work in building projects; Civil engineering included small-to-medium sized civil engineering contracts for local authorities, enterprise companies, private house builders, private clients and emergency call-out and remedial works for the coal authority, and Precast Concrete included manufacture and sale of hydraulically pressed concrete products (kerbs and paving slabs) and sales to builders merchants, contractors and housebuilders.
